Jordan arrived, did a quick look at the dishwasher. Tried calling once to see if he could find a replacement control panel. Said that they could not find the serial number so there was nothing he could do. No recommendation to just replace the whole unit, just be could not do anything. He then proceeded to ask for $75 for a diagnosis fee... Nothing was diagnosed nor was a plan for repair or recommendation to replace made. Very disappointing and wasteful of our time. My husband called whirlpool, sat on hold and they figured out a plan to have a real tech come out. Again, disappointing and a waste of time and money
