I had a weeping sprinkler valve that needed to be replaced. After getting a quote from a firm that I had used in the past that seemed overpriced, I called several different companies most of whom wouldn’t even returned my call. One who did, said they’d charge a $150 diagnostic fee plus repairs and wouldn’t give me a price to replace a valve. I finally found Mr. Osmin’s firm. I informed Mr, Osmin what my need was and he quoted me a very fair price without a trip fee or diagnostic fee. I ended up replacing both valves in that box for half the price of the first proposal I received. Mr. Osmin showed up the next day to perform the work and did an excellent job! I highly recommend Osmin’s Landscaping and will be using him in the future for other work.

Osmin and his team provided outstanding, fairly priced, and on-time tree trimming, general cleanup, mulching, rubber edging installation, and sod installation for my backyard. Their work looks amazing and I'd definitely hire them again.

Osmins did a fantastic job!! We had them move extra dirt, level our yard and lay sod. It's turned out beautifully!! Would recommend to anyone, very professional and very good pricing!

I wanted to be here when he did the work, but he arrived two hours early and was virtually finished when I arrived home. He laid 750 square feet of Zeon Zoysia for $1320.00. He scraped off the old grass, he said he dug up the soil, added 2 yards of material, smoothed it out, and rolled out the sod. The sod was not laid so that it matched up to the adjoining squares on all the pads. I spent 3 hours the following day pulling up and repositioning some of the pads and at the same time added or removed some soil to make the lawn flatter. He rolled the sod and cleaned up. I am 75 years old and still trying to reposition some of the sod. The sod should be seamless but there are still many gaps in the squares. They were quick and polite but that would be the only reason I would recommend this company.
