"I take my job very seriously. I have been cleaning for many moons and certainly have no problem with cleaning, as well as getting the job done. I stand by my work and I also stand by my prices. I gave you a quote which you did not want to pay ($400 that really was a $1200 job). You started adding more work that was not included in the price. For the record, my company does not clean hazardous homes that are not safe to enter, not to mention you had a major fire hazard at the front door. In the middle of my cleaning, you proceeded to kick adult diapers that had feces coming out of them. Bottom line you had me and my crew in an unsafe environment."
