Mr. Osorio came to my house and gave me a quote, which I accepted. Set up a time to start. Was late. I contacted him and learned that his truck had broken down. It happens. Set up another time. No show. I contacted him. He said he'd be there. Didn't happen. No calls from him. I messaged again and set one more appointment. Still no show and no contact. I'm done. I've always had great results when using Home Advisor. Too bad this one was not.

This repairman is amazing! Comes on time..works quickly and neatly and has knowledge of how to fix many different jobs in the house. Did a great job fixing threshhold of door..motion detectors and security cameras..also hole in lanai screen. He will be my official repairperson from now on..Very happy with his work!

Osorio hung a bike rack in our garage and installed a pulley system for our Thule box. We appreciated the help in getting our garage organized. Hoping he will be able to install a loft as well for storage.

Had Osorio replace a garbage disposer. He purchased a new one for us and brought it with him and did the replacement. Very clean, left his card and well use him again. Very satisfied!

Showed on time , work was not able to be completed because of bad weather, Set new time to come and complete, again, bad weather, set new date, came and did most of the work but again because of bad weather could not complete, set new date, Radames came many times and keep coming back till all the work was completed. Good man and keep his word till he finished all projects, Very hard working did a great job. If you require a person who will work till the job is done Radames is your man. When I need more work I will call him back. Always cleaned up after each job.

failed to show up on a few occasions. I still have projects to be completed and now have to find another provider. He is very busy and does not seem to manage his time well or show up when he says he will.
