Osorio Tree Service, LLC

I have used Osario Tree Service over the past 3.5 years and have done over $40,000 in tree removal with this company. I recently had a quote for another 15-16 large and smaller trees to be removed from my property. Upon arrival to my home they brought their 60 ton crane knowing it would not fit up my driveway and cause thousands in damage. They expected me to accept the fact that the driveway would be damaged without taking responsibility for the repairs. Since I did not agree and they would not pay for the repairs they left shortly afterwards and have not established further contact. Completely unprofessional given my prior establish relationship. They had already removed large trees from the same area without the need for a crane. They also have smaller cranes to complete the job. This was another $9,000 job with contract signed and received. Have not and will not return our phone calls.

We had a hiccup but they are going to make it write. My husband and I are very impressed with their service. Chris the salesman was awesome. He makes things right for his customers. I will definitely refer people to them

Good suggestions about which trees to prune

I have had numerous trees taken down on our property over the years. Osorio Tree service is absolutely the best experience I have had. They were informed, responsive and very professional. Their crew was top notch and extremely helpful. It was an exceptional experience from the person who assessed the site to the office staff who were pleasant and very helpful and the crew who did the tree removals. I would recommend Osorio Tree service to anyone without reservation.

Extremely professional, non- stop crew. Easy to work with and cut up the tree for firewood as I had requested. The cost was a fair price for the amount of work they did. Their boom / bucket truck and chipper were huge and up to date. The crew had their rope and cabling techniques down to a science. The area was left clean and neat and I would recommend them at any time. Marvin even gave me a call within an hour of the crew departing to check if everything went OK.

These guys were great. Fast, well organized crew. Worked very safely with precision. Removed a medium tree, ground up stump an cleaned up all debree, all in a few hours. Marvin actually called me back 3 hours after leaving a message. He came the next day at the time we scheduled to give me an written estimate. After accepting the estimate, I only waited a week for the job to be done. Today his highly skilled crew of 12 or more employees showed up On time and cut 21 trees down for us. They cut them up and stacked the firewood and proceeded to grind the stumps of all the trees. We highly recommend this employer and his skilled crew. He has insurance covering his guys and will provide a certificate of insurance as proof. He also actually has an office so someone is available or you can leave a message and they will CALL YOU BACK which is unheard of among tree guys this year.

They were one of the first businesses to contact us (some companies never called us back). We had two dead trees and about 10 pines trees to take down. Some of the trees were 70-80 ft. tall. They arrived at 8:00 a.m. with 7 person crew. The trees were located down a hill in the back of our property. They had to literally carry the large trunks up our hill to the chipper. The crew was very hard working and experienced in tree removal. At the end of the day, they raked up all the pine needles, branches, etc. and even put grass seed down on parts of lawn where the tree trunks dug into the grass. I highly recommend Osorio Tree Service.

Quick response time to give an estimate for the job. When they showed up for the job they came with a professional crew, cut, trimmed and removed trees in a little over 2 hours time and left the property neat and clean. Highly recommend!!

The crew arrived a few minutes early. They were all (4) extremely courteous. While grinding two tree stumps they made a bit of a mess but, afterwards, they cleaned up the whole yard. I thought the price was a little high but they were the most professional so I took a chance on the highest price. I'm glad I did.

Great service. Responded and looked at the job the same day. Were here at 8 o'clock the next morning. Took down a 60ft white pine and a dead blue spruce. Cleaned up and were gone by 10:30. Very polite and fairly priced.

We recently had a large oak tree removed from our backyard. We'd received estimates from several companies, but there were issues with all of them. One downplayed our concerns, one was friendly, but didn't have the appropriate equipment for the job. They recommended Osorio and we are so happy they did. These guys came at 6pm and were done within 2 hours, removing this massive tree efficiently and quickly. And they charged less than all of the other estimates. The guys were amazing and my daughter was fascinated watching the process. I would recommend Osorio to anyone looking for tree service. Thank you!

After making an appointment an estimate was given. He arrived when he said he would. Any phone calls were returned in a timely manor. The crew got right to work when they arrived. They finished the job in a timely manor and cleaned up after the work was complete. Very happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend them!

The work that Osorio Tree Service did was good, but some of the trees were not trimmed and there was a lilac tree that he said could not be trimmed until the fall. This fall I called him to request that he return to trim the lilac tree, to which he said that he would come within the next week or so when he was in the area. Five phone calls later, it was never done. He didn't bother to return my or my husband's calls. This service was included in his price, which was expensive. Plus, he hammered us for extras. He had no problem making a separate trip to pick up his fee, in cash, but he couldn't find the time to finish the job he was paid to do. Plus, he left out trimming some of the other trees with no explanation. We hired him because we don't know anything about trimming our trees. So now we have to hire someone else or figure out how to do it ourselves.

I did not hire through Home Advisor, but I am happy to leave this review. After seeing the video on the Osorio website, I called for an appointment, after which we made arrangements to proceed. Very professional business owner and what an impressive team of men! They arrived bright and early and ready to work. Unlike many other companies, *the boss* was on site. A bunch of nice guys who know their stuff, and amazing to watch them do it. I think they are miracle workers and would hire Osorio Tree Service again in a heartbeat.

They were able to take large trees down easily, but it was their attn to the little things that made the difference. Will hire again.

Very professional. The workers were knowledgeable and courteous. I had 4 pine trees and a mulberry taken down and a maple tree cabled. Also my Japanese maple pruned. The price was right . I definitely would use them again.
