Lisa Osorrio Cleaning Service has been cleaning my house once a month for over 2 years. Lisa is excellent to work with. Very responsive to my questions or changes in my schedule. Her team that cleans for me has been pretty consistent in who comes to clean. I like working with the same team each visit. The ladies are very friendly and do a great job. I definitely recommend her services

I’ve used thier cleaning services for 10 years now. Lisa has always been great to communicate availability, cost, and arrival. She is very passionate about the quality of her services. I highly recommend this company because the ladies come and clean my home quickly and throughly in a fraction of the time it would take me to do it myself.

Lizeth is very kind, understanding and Perfessional. She and her wonderful staff are very Welling to Please! My experience has been very good for the last 11 months. Very Efficient staff.

I hired this company to clean and unfortunately, they did not do a good job. I had to point out so many obvious things that they missed or did not clean. I paid additional money for the stove to be cleaned and it was barely touched. I will say that when I told Lisa she did show concern and she refunded me a portion of the money. However, this was my first cleaning and I expected so much more. They did do a good job dusting the staircase, cleaning the wood floors, and vacuuming. Other than that, there was little attention to details. After they left, I noticed that even portions of my countertops were not cleaned. My countertops are granite so I could not tell without running my hand over them. The granules of sugar and other spices could be felt with my hand. This was my first cleaning and I was hoping they could come monthly, but what I witnessed was simply surface cleaning without using elbow grease. I was so disappointed. Would not recommend this company.

Although a shaky start at the beginning by arriving at the wrong house, the supervisor was quick to remedy and the ladies quickly got going once they arrived. Their job was thorough and efficient. For a first visit, they knew the most important areas to concentrate on and took direction well. I am looking forward to their return in a few weeks !

Very competent and thorough. I asked them to move a couple of pieces of furniture to vacuum spots that were awkward and they willingly complied. I will continue to have them come back on a regular basis. The cost is fairly consistent with other companies as I interviewed other companies for cleaning help. But they provide more service for the fee without upcharging for every single little thing. I m a happy camper!

Lisa is very nice and accommodating. They came out and gave me an estimate right away and a great job was done.Really big job, done beautifully. Very happy and excited to have someone affordable to use on a regular basis.

They arrived on time and did a great job. Nothing was broken or missing when they left which says a lot without actually speaking. I am disabled and worked many years to have the things I do and to have someone come in and break, steal or whatever is an insult. I cannot do any lifting or scrubbing nor stand or sit too long, therefore, I can not run behind people making sure that they do what they are supposed to.. I explained these things to the owner and was very pleased with their results. They arrived on time and did a good job.

We just hired but initial assessment was that this service is outstanding—great value and we expect great service.

They are very responsive and reliable. The clean is generally very good. Occasional issues with minor things (e.g., putting things back in the right place). I have 2 large dogs and they don't seem to mind. Very friendly.

The owner showed up on schedule for the first appt and was dressed in uniform with the name of the company. She is very professional.
