We had used Osslund for our siding and roof many years ago. Steve Osslund did a good job with that. Last summer we needed our attic fan replaced. We had to hound him to get him to install it. He blew us off for one appointment (in hindsight, we should have gone elsewhere at this point, but we really trusted him). He finally installed it and it worked for a while. In August, it wouldn't turn off regardless of the temperature outside. Steve would not return our calls, so we shut off the switch to the unit for the winter. When we turn on the switch in the spring, the unit would not turn on. We called Steve about it and he said we should go into the attic to check the settings, which we did (the settings were fine). He said he would come out to look at the unit. He did not call or come by for the next two weeks. He then would not return our calls or emails. After contacting two attic fan repair companies, we learned that the product Osslund installed was a cheap attic fan that was known to have motor problems. We feel Steve overcharged us for the original installation, gave us an inferior product, and provided extremely poor customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

This was a very positive experience. Osslund roofing was recommended by our handyman. Steve and his crew did a great job replacing our roof. The crew was friendly and professional. Great job cleaning up. We've received lots of compliments from neighbors. Steve uses a high quality shingle. We had the roof replaced about 3 weeks ago and since then we've had some good rain showers and I'm happy to report no problems at all. Steve takes care of a lot of roofs in the area and has been around for a long time. Thought his quote was reasonable and he stood by it - no funny upcharges or weird things to deal with during or after.

From the very beginning to when our roof was complete, Steve and his crew were professional and hard working. They listened to what we wanted and personalized our project.

Steve's crew did an awesome job. They really fought to get our roof completed before bad weather came i. No one expected 6 inches of snow before Halloween. Cleanup was excellent as well. Highly recommend!!

OSSLUND ROOFING INSTALL A NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE THEY ARRIVED WEND SCHEDULED AN FINISHED IN ONE DAY. IT HAS BEEN RAINING EVER SINCE AND I HAVE HAD NO LEAKS. THE PLACE WAS CLEANER AFER THEY FINISHED THAN WHEN THEY STARTED. I HIGHLY RECOMMRN THEM DAVID WILSON

I knew that our lower roof was going to be a problem. Steve Osslund kept me in the loop as he and his crew figured out how to solve the issues. The main roof and garage were done in one day. Crew cleaned up our property so we didn't have stray material or nails each night. All around a great job.
