My mother hired them for her move, and the movers destroyed her $6,000 glass table. Her dining set is now a hazard because it is broken at the base. The company was not even apologetic and actually very hostile. Since then, the company has refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation for the damage.
On top of that, Christine O?Sullivan was extremely rude, unprofessional, and would not return any calls when I tried to resolve the issue. She only sends nasty emails.
This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would strongly caution others against using this terrible company. Do not get fooled by this company like I did! Look at the before and after of my mother?s table.

Rude team leader, (kicker is in the end of my comment), out of 5 movers, three were just trying to look busy and do nothing, meaning taking one small box like really small box and just make trip to the truck and back, caring the least about the stuff they were picking up and taking no care what so ever to protect the floor etc, here is the kicker, in the end they left two gym weights on the truck, when i picked up those from the truck the team leader claimed that these waights have been on the truck for months, so tried to steal my gym weights and created a mini scene but then very calmly said ok you can have them. In the end same guy cheated on the time; he arrived at 9.10 am and ended at 4.10 pm but he billed me for 9 to 4.15 and at $250 an hour it matters.

The 3 guys who helped us move out of one apartment, and into a new one, THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING, were great! Very fast, friendly, and professional! After we unpacked, we were missing a Sony DVD player, but we were in such a rush to move before the holiday, we might've misplaced it ourselves. Anyway, I would recommend these guys to anyone! Really great experience all around. Thanks so much!

We moved out of our 1800sq ft house. The movers showed up right on time, and got the job done in about 5 hours. They have a minimum of 6 hours, but these guys were worth every single penny. They were quick, nice, took care of all of our belongings. The company sent us a “what to expect” and “tips” on how to prepare for the move, which was super helpful. I left my husband to direct them and they all did awesome - I am impressed with their teamwork and efficiency. Hopefully not moving again any time soon, but I am so happy I had these guys to help, I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The folks at O'Sullivan are the very definition of professional. From Larry who walked me through the quote process, to the person who called me a week and a couple days ahead of the move to confirm details, to Devonte and Mike Riley who came to move some heavy furniture, everyone was friendly, efficient, and careful. The prices are very fair and the process was straightforward.
I highly recommend working with these guys. I'll likely call them again if I have to move in the future!

O'Sullivan's movers left approximately 225 square ft of furniture / items at my old home and then broke multiple stairs in my new home.
I moved the remaining items myself and filed a claim for the stair damage.
The reimbursement process was unreasonably slow, and the level of communication was inadequate.
Although I was patient and understanding throughout the process O'Sullivan's was consistently unprofessional and fell far short of expectations. I would not use this company in the future.

Driver attitude was horrible. I heard him tell the assistant that she should pack herself. They track their we boots over my condos floors and I redo my floors. It was not a good experience so I will not use them again or recommend this company.

"Hi Cheryl, I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. We do not condone any type of unprofessional behavior by our movers and you did have a very respectable experienced crew. I am shocked to hear this about them. In regards to the floors, unfortunately you moved in January and if you did not request floor protection then the weather can certainly play a part in that. Hopefully, it was just a matter of mopping up after they left. For safety reasons and cost to the customer we cannot have the movers wearing booties over their shoes. On a more positive note, I see that you tipped them and the total was within your quoted range. We do appreciate your business and hope that you will consider giving us another chance. Should you ever need moving services again, please call us and let us know any concerns you had about the last time and we will be sure to not let them happen again! Thank you."
