I can't say enough positive things about West Coast Roofing. Tim the estimator gave me the most information and choices out of the 6 bids I received. His knowledge of their products and fair quote made my pick easy. I had the best crew who did the install better than I could have imagined. My house was built in 1906 and had a lot of challenges but they fixed everything. Their clean up was extremely great and my yard looked nicer than before they started. Amazing company to work with from start to finish. Great communication and staff!

I received around 10 quotes for my roof. As a former carpenter I knew what I was looking for. I was happy with the quote but more impressed with the install team. Those guys worked hard and I am confident they did the work right. All I needed. Installing a roof isn't rocket science. You just have to follow certain principles which these guys did.

Estimate was done quickly. Roof replacement was done quickly, as well, and cleanly.

We highly recommend West Coast Roofing and Painting! We have used them for both a roofing job and for painting our house. They were awesome. They arrived when they said they would, they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, completed the projects on time and did a very good job! Also, they were also kind and responsive to any requests we made. We could not recommend them more highly.

They came when they said they would, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. They were great!

After not showing up the first day, two men came the next morning after the supplies showed up. One man worked for an hour the other a couple. The first guy has been gone all day. The second has not worked since this morning. And has been laying in my yard all day. The roof is maybe 1/4 take off. 7/30/20 UPDATE Communication from their office to the project manager and crew is nonexistent. They keep saying they will come back to repair the damage they did to our house but they have not yet. How many days do they expect us to wait for them? We have damage to our lawn, they broke a sprinkler ( which we had to have them replace) the nails shot through the roof and even though the guy went and saw that he did it, (I have that on a cam) he did not say anything and they would not have to fix any of the several places had we not told them. Still waiting for them to come to paint that part. As well as damage to the siding of our house. They added a fee for some wood they put up that the sales guys said they would do. Never did they say they would charge us for it. We could have done it ourselves. After the bad start where a guy left his microwave on my porch all day and in my lawn, while no one worked on the roof, you would have thought they would have tried to improve their rating. With all the things that have gone wrong, I really question the reviews. How could this possibly be the same company that has good reviews.

West Coast Roofing & Painting just replaced our roof and gutters. Lucas Trejo, the estimator, did an excellent job explaining our options and costs. Final prices were reasonable, with no surprises. The team did very good work, and after the messy job of roof replacement and gutter replacement, left our yard and walks cleaner than they found them :-)

Replaced roof on my rental unit. Once they got the scheduling fiasco fixed, all went well. All were hard workers and friendly. Great price until I was told I needed a complete resheathing of the roof, (was noted in estimate). Here and done in 2 days. Communication between foreman was a little difficult as he did not speak english very well. Would I use them again, yes.

West Coast did an excellent job. The pricing was fair and the work was exceptional. The entire job, from tear down, rot repair and roof installation, took only one day. The neighbors weren't disturbed and - more importantly - our professionally landscaped front yard wasn't disturbed either. Except for one or two stray shingles, you never would have known they were there...except for that beautiful new roof.

West Coast Roofing and Painting is great! They replaced our 20-year old roof in 3 days. Every aspect of the project was well-done from initial contact with the office staff, to estimating (Lucas is fantastic to work with), to final cleanup. The work was done on-time and per the project estimate. The crew was quick, efficient, and highly skilled. There were no surprises and we felt that West Coast was consistently responsive to our questions and concerns. We now an excellent new roof (our neighbors even commented on it!) at a reasonable cost. We trust West Coast Roofing and Painting and will go back to them when we need further work on our home.

He was very professional and the documentation he provided in addition to his verbal overview was relevant and comprehensive. The crew was focused and worked very hard and effectively. The work turned out great. A couple of the boards they gave us the option to replace made a big difference with the visual appeal of the roof from the front. We had a great experience with West Cost Roofing! We shopped around for quotes, and their price was the most reasonable. The crew worked hard to complete our roof in an impressive time and did a great clean up job around yard. No roofing material or nails were left! We are very happy with the results and love the Malarkey roofing material.

West Coast Roofing and Painting, just completed our new roof and it looks wonderful!. We had them remove the old cedar shakes and replace with high-end composition CertainTeed Presidential Shake TL. Lucas was my main interface for pricing and all technical aspects. We received 3 bids, all similar recommendations as far as what will be done and West Coast was the least expensive. Their crew worked very hard (12 hours/day) and completed the project in the time frame we discussed. Lucas joined the work crew every afternoon to keep the work moving. They took care/reimburse some minor damages to our garden/flowers when we notified them. All and all, we're very happy with the experience, the work product, and would recommend West Coast to neighbors and friends.

These guys do high quality work at a surprisingly affordable price. We contracted Tom to replace the roof and a new paint job on our 1913 house. The roof was completed fast, and the clean up was impeccable. Not a speck of roofing material anywhere in the yard. They also did a fantastic job protecting our landscaping. The paint job was also amazing. Scraping took several days. The crew was friendly and courteous, they helped us unstick some windows that were painted shut. The price was on the low side of our 4 quotes. Considering how reasonable the price was, Iâ m so pleased with the quality. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.
