We couldn't have asked for more! Jose was thorough, professional, and obviously takes pride in his work. He was a perfectionist with all that he was asked to do. His patience with us as we asked him to do was phenomenal! We highly recommend him for any job you may be considering.

We had drywall damage in our dining room caused by a leak in our ceiling. I am so happy we found Jose. He responded quickly once I posted our situation. The quote was fair . He always arrived at the time he said he would and cleaned up each day before he left our house. We had a very good experience. I am pleased with the job he did and highly recommend him.

Jose gave me a fair estimate, showed up to do the work on time, and went over and above my expectations. He was polite and courteous. He ran into an unexpected situation, resolved it and did not upcharge me. Everything looks great and it is obvious that he really cares about his work and doing the job correctly. I can’t say enough positive things about OTERO REMODELING SERVICES! I discovered Jose Otero on Angi, and he was without a doubt, the best choice for the job!! From the initial reasonable estimate to the final renovation, he and his team were exceptional throughout the entire process. My mom’s condo already had a bathroom and laundry area from the 1960s (and not in a retro good way). A serious leak from above required extensive repairs to the ceiling, walls and electrical, as well as new flooring and fixtures. Jose and his crew did it all. They were always on time and respectful of my 90-year-old mom and her property. Their work was impeccable, down to every detail. Jose was also so kind and patient with my mom, he really made her feel at ease. And now she has a bright, BEAUTIFUL new bathroom and laundry room!! Jose is fantastic!! He did work in my home that other contractors seemed afraid to touch. He fixed all areas of concern, and demonstrated professionalism at every stage of the project. Otero Remodeling Services was responsive, worked around my schedule, was reasonably priced, and performed high-quality work. I reached out to Otero Remodeling Services after hitting trouble with a tile ceiling installation project. Jose, the owner, quickly reached out and set up an appointment to perform the work. He brought his knowledge and expertise, finishing the job in only a few hours. He also cleaned up after. I plan to use Otero Remodeling Services for future home projects.

Jose is the nicest business owner I ever met. We discussed my repair fully. He was respectful of my home. His preparation was flawless. He cleaned up all his materials. The finished work was amazing. We are thrilled with his work.

We recently had our floor in our family room den replaced. The floor was an old parquet floor on top of two floors, elevated on 2 x 4 sleepers on top of asphalt, with soft spots as a result of long-term water damage. We needed a professional who understood the issues. We found our professional in Otero Remodeling Service. This became a multiple project needing multiple skills. They replaced the flooring with new sleepers and subfloor. They renovated our powder room and installed new flooring after leveling the floor. They repainted 80% of our interior walls and more. We would describe Jose's team as skilled, reliable, committed to excellence, very patient and kind. They were very personable, knowledgeable and worked very cleanly. We were very pleased with the results. Ultimately, they did a great job and charged a very fair price.
