Painters did not prep the walls before painting
Response from Otis & Frank General Contracting, LLC
"Home owner did not agree on prepping the wall before starting the project. It was only weeks after when she realize prepping the kitchen walls made sense. Skimming walls is an extra charge which we explained to the customer before starting the project."

Good work, overall, on a difficult space. Smooth experience planning and coordinating the work. Otis was very available for every engagement leading to the work, and quite pleasant to work with overall. The on-site workers showed slightly less attention to detail than I would have hoped. Bottom line: I'm definitely calling them in for an estimate on any future jobs!

Working with them was such a pleasure. I wanted to be present while they worked but because of my work schedule it was difficult but they worked around my schedule and made it happen. I will definitely be calling them again for more work!
