Otter Roofing represents the best of the best! I had a few quotes from several contractors, and Otter Roofing stood out among the rest. Jonas was able to explain the whole process of roofing and gutters during his stop to evaluate our roof so he could give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and he did not talk too fast like a salesman. He proved that he is honest -- not by words only, but by action. He made sure I understood and practically educated me about roofing. 5 minutes with him... and I felt like I took a course on roofing. I never felt pressured to select his company to do the work, he allowed our family to look at the facts and make our own choice in our own perfect timing. Not only that, his customer service is great. There was never a moment of doubt. We ended up selecting Otter Roofing to do our gutters - and I was extremely impressed and happy with the final outcome of this project. I plan to have them do our roofing as well in the future. On top of that, the kindness and hospitality are amazing! During the Texas Winter Storm, our family experienced rolling blackouts. During that time Jonas stopped by our house in the cold and dropped off some wood at our doorstep for our family of 6 so we can stay warm - free of charge. What kind of contractor does that? Only a unique, honest, and excellent one with high standards! I highly recommend Otters Roofing. If you want a great final product, a great price, honesty, integrity, excellent customer service, and a company that represents high standards, I assure you that Otter Roofing is the way to go - you will not be disappointed.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Not only was the job beautifully done, they are extremely professional. Communication was fantastic. I've had some bad experiences with contractors and was very gun shy. They were very understanding and worked with me through the entire job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
