We hired him last summer to repair porches. We signed a proposal stating the work would be done by October 2018. He did not complete the work. He did not return. We called home several times, he didn t show. He won t give us our money back. I filed a police report for theft by contractor.

Chad stopped by in April with a quote to install a patio door. We agreed and gave him large sum of money to start the project. It is now November and no new door was installed. Our money has been refunded, be cautious when planning jobs with this person.

I hired Chad to replace a steel door and trim with a guarantee and Chad stated that he was going to be done with the work by the middle of august, we gave him $1,700.00 and Chad cashed the check and has not started the work at all and it is now September. He keeps saying he will get it done by the end of September but we are afraid he will not get it done nor do it because he is already paid

Chad was great! He was able to fix my exterior door right away (within 48 hours) and reinforce the frame to be better than when it was installed (by someone else) the first time. Would definitely rehire in the future!

Was amazingly fast to respond, next day, and provided estimate and time completion. Turned out part had to be ordered and was done so in a timely manner. Upon completion, job was great, attitude was nice and Chad was extremely pleasant to talk with. And to top that off the gentleman charged a price less than what he quoted, that's honesty!! Thank you!

After being disappointed trying to get others to come do my front door job - and they'd never schedule it, show up or call back - Chad acted like a pro. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job for a reasonable price. I have other jobs and will keep calling back Chad. So happy to find someone with not only skills but excellent customer service. I'll never have to beg some unknown undependable craftsman to take my money again!
