Chad is a multi-talented handyman. He thoroughly thinks through a job before starting. When applicable, he provides multiple ways to do things. He listens very well and strives to exceed expectations. Cannot wait to work with him again.

Did a very good job repairing my door. He asked if I had any other work so I hired him and gave a sizable down payment. Promises made, deadlines missed. Six months later, the work is not done and I still have not received my down payment back. Will not use him or Home Advisor again.

Work was done very well and efficiently, everything met expectations. Everything was cleaned up and and packaging and removed parts hauled away. Very much satisfied, and would re-hire again.

Was amazingly fast to respond, next day, and provided estimate and time completion. Turned out part had to be ordered and was done so in a timely manner. Upon completion, job was great, attitude was nice and Chad was extremely pleasant to talk with. And to top that off the gentleman charged a price less than what he quoted, that's honesty!! Work was done well and in an efficient manner. Very neat. Took all cardboard and scraps away in his truck. Nothing for me to clean up after installation.

After being disappointed trying to get others to come do my front door job - and they'd never schedule it, show up or call back - Chad acted like a pro. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job for a reasonable price. I have other jobs and will keep calling back Chad. So happy to find someone with not only skills but excellent customer service. I'll never have to beg some unknown undependable craftsman to take my money again!

It took awhile for Chad to finish the job, mostly because of th weather because he had to do some staining but am very satisfied with the work he did I would definally recommend him

Chad did an amazing job of restoring our deck. It required board replacements and a rebuild of two sets of steps. He screwed every board down and power washed everything. He was incredibly thorough and completely professional. Our deck is 20 years old and it looks brand new. His fee was as expected and quite reasonable considering the lengths he went to ensure a complete job. I've already contracted with Chad for two additional projects. He's our guy from now forward. The work was well done. He was a bit slow getting my storm window made and installed. Otherwise, he came up with some good solutions to some nagging problems in my house and garage.

Chad replaced the glass in a broken window at our home. He was very professional, proactive and responsive. I was very impressed when he called me a couple times to confirm our appointments. He did a great job, and was in and out in about an hour.

It took longer than expected to get started due to supplier issues but once started it only took 1 day to complete 8 windows

Overall, very good. Estimate was accurate. Project was completed well. Very satisfied with the work. Communicated well, but rescheduled visits to complete work several times.
