Great experience working with Otto's Exteriors. From the prompt response to my submission to Home Advisor, good explanation of the project and work to be done to a one day installation with everything cleaned up. Paul Otto is GAF Master Certified, so the installation is done to GAF's standards and he can offer a Gold (Lifetime) warranty on the entire installation. GAF will do a 40 point inspection of the roof and anything they find wrong will be fixed. This made a difference to me in my contractor selection.

The crew of Otto's Exteriors replaced my three gable vents with cement fiberboard, which is thinner than the cedar siding on the rest of the house. Now you cannot tell the gable vents were ever there! The match is perfect. They worked quickly as well and finished the job in just a few hours. Their bid for the work was also the lowest of the three bids I got. Thanks!

The Estimator that came out was very friendly and knowledgable. The workers were on time, organzied, courteous and friendly. They worked hard at finishing the job in one day, and the clean-up was awsome. Watching them work you would tell they knew what they were doing, a really nice group of guys.

I felt very confident Otto's exteriors would do a very good job. they kept me apprised of their progress and made suggestions about items on the roof that could use repair. They prices were very fair.

Great work fixed all our leaks, job well done, I did call back because one leak persisted on our metal sunroom roof and he did send the worker back out to reseal it again but I didn't much care for not being given a time frame except sometime this afternoon. But even after that the work was well done and we are very happy with the results.

I am very satisfied with the work that was performed. The crew was very curteous and made certain that everything was done to my satisfaction. Paul and his crew did a a professionaly job, everything paul described was delievered to the letter. His cerw chief Dennis was on the job working with the crew for the entire 3 days it took to install the new roof. Not one nail was left that I could find in my driveway or yard. My yard was in the exact same shape it was before they started the job at the end of the job. We had abib rain storm after the first day they started the job and the house was all sealed before they left and not a drop leaked into my house. I contracted with Otto's Exteriors to replace asphalt shingles, repair structural damage to part of the roof and replace vinyl soffit & facia board. They have completed this part of the work and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work as well as with the workers They showed up on time and worked very hard until the job was completed. The workers were very polite and did an excellent job with the clean up. A second crew is coming on 3/4 to replace windows and I am very excited and am looking forward to another job well done. They expressed loyalty and kind words regarding the owner of the company, which says a lot for the integrity of the company. They took care in doing the trim and caulking properly. He told us what materials he was going to use and why. He explained the warranties and also the process of replacing our roof. He described his crew, and told us that there would be a foreman on site at all times. His crew was excellent. Well mannered and professional, and his foreman was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The job was completed on time and looked excellent. The clean up was immaculate. Will use them again for sure!
