I would not recommend this company whatsoever someone came out to clean arrived an hour and a half late we had had painting done a week ago so there was some construction dust but it had already been cleaned once prior she did not even have a vacuum to vacuum the rugs and they had dog hair on them that needed vacuumed I paid for windows to be cleaned she did not clean 10 windows she dusted around things I sent photos to the owner I?d be happy to share the photos, who comes to a home without a vacuum to vacuum rugs and carpet. He offered for her to come back another day to vacuum after I?d already told him I was going to be out of town for three weeks horrible customer service

I do not really have words for how unprofessional the manager or owner or whatever he is. I would be happy to post screenshots of the conversations I have had with him so that you can see how truly nasty he is. The maids themselves do an ok job. Not spectacular but not totally awful either. It is him, Antonio, that truly needs help with how to treat people. They missed today because I **was not on the schedule**, and then wanted to tell me the next time would be more, and then the prices have changed. I told him **nope. That is ok. I will find someone else** because I have never been 100% happy with them anyway. I am just not a **rock the boat** kind of person. His reply to me? **I bet you will** This is just one very small example of his terrible customer service skills.

They did a surface clean, that s the bare minimum. We booked an apartment move out cleaning and I will need to go back to clean what they did not. I ll admit I should ve read the description a bit better than I did but I expected the kitchen counters to be free of residue as well as the window sills. There was some staining on the carpets that they just vacuumed around and it does not look like they even tried to address, luckily our apartment managers said they would be replacing the carpets anyways. The hardwood floors looked like someone just rubbed them with a slightly dirty mop. Also, the appliances did not look like they had been touched, I know now the description said they would be wiped but I m not really sure what that means. The oven looks like it was not touched. I discovered after the fact that windows are not cleaned unless you pay extra. I can clean those myself though, so I am glad I did not pay the extra $50 for 8 windows.

Probably, the expectations for what you paid were too high ($119 for a deep cleaning, two ladies working nonstop for five hours, they even did the oven), I'm sorry we could not meet your expectations. One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired this company two weeks ahead of time for a deep cleaning, and we set the time for Fri at 8:30 am. Because I called, someone finally came at 3 pm, spent two hours on our lower floor only (due to the time available) and let at 5 pm. I was charged $149 (only $20 less than the quote for a deep clean on both floors. The woman was pleasant and did her best. I will NEVER use this company again and likely will not use home advisor either, unless something is done to address this exceedingly poor performance

When I offered to go back on Monday to do the whole house for only $20 more because the girl assigned to your house lost her phone with all the information in it (I even sent you proof of that); you replied that you do not want us back, that you will place a "scatchy review" instead, and so you did. I guess that's how you appreciate that young lady's hard work and her little kids waiting for her in the car because the babysitter was off already: and in spite of that, she was willing to do your house just to make it right for you.
