I paid Dennis and Our Time Home Improvement $8,100 to replace my old HVAC system with a brand-new system. Less than 6 months after installation, the new system stopped working.
What has been most disappointing is what happened afterward. I repeatedly contacted Dennis for help, but my calls and messages eventually went unanswered. The problem remains unresolved, and the system I paid for is still not working.
When homeowners spend thousands of dollars on a major project, they expect the contractor to stand behind their work and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company.
Update as of 09/24/2026
DO NOT hire Dennis / Our Time Home Improvement. We paid him over $8,000 for a brand-new HVAC system that lasted only 6 MONTHS. When it failed, he charged us another $500, didn't fix it, and then disappeared and stopped answering our calls.
We still have no working heat or AC, and after losing thousands of dollars on this system, we can't afford to replace it.
Over $8,000 for six months. He took our money and left us with a system that doesn't work. I would NEVER recommend him.
That how he left my system with the gas attached to it and NEVER came back to fix it and eventually cut all communication.

Purchased a house. Needed a new stove. Previous house owner had water valve where gas valve was supposed to be. Dennis changed valves and installed new stove in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend and definitely use again.
