Ourso Appliance Repair

We had a three-year-old Maytag dryer that started to have problems. John came out and fixed it. He did a great job. About five or six weeks later when we started having the issue again, he came out and fixed it no charge. Definitely, recommend and will use again.

Mr. Ourso definitely has the knowledge and expertise necessary to complete the repairs. He doesn t try to sell you unnecessary services or parts, he works around your schedule, is prompt, and his charges are absolutely reasonable. We would give him ten stars, if it were possible, and we recommend him without reservation.

John was able to diagnose the issue by my description and a part was ordered. As soon as it was in, repair work was done. Very friendly and professional

John attempted to help me on the phone to get my ice maker working. He never asked for any money. He then came late on a Saturday afternoon, diagnosed and then fixed the issue for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend John.

John Delaney with Ourso Appliance Repair was very professional, knowledgable & honest. My 3 year old Samsung drier motor needed to be replaced. FYI as an owner of a Samsung Washer, drier & high end refrigerator (all 3 years old) I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance! TV is great but their appliances are terrible. All three have given me trouble. John was honest & suggested I consider buying a new drier. But when I explained how much I paid for it & it was only 3 years old he gave me an estimate & helped me out as best he could. And was very quick on his return visit! He also checked the ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator & didn't charge me extra. I really felt like he was the knight in shining armor! It is a comforting feeling to know if I have an appliance needing repair I have someone who is honest & kind that I can call. Thank you John Delaney!!

Ourso was the only appliance repair business that would come and repair my ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator. He answered my call, told me he would have to check on the availability of parts. The next week, he called, came to my home within 30 minutes of the call, and had the ice maker repaired in about 30 minutes. Mr. Delaney was very professional. I will definitely call him first if I need a major appliance repaired.

John was a huge help. Soon as he came in he got right to work and started trouble shooting the problem with my microwave. Once we realize it would cost the same to replace parts and get a new microwave, John help me pull my old one out and gave me instructions on how to put a new one in. That same night I did just that replace the new microwave myself with some help from my wife lol but John saved me money by being upfront and letting me know it’s not that hard to do. I would recommend him for sure and will call again if I need any more help. Thanks John
