Out On A Limb Tree Care, Inc.

Very good work ethics. While they were here they asked if there was anything else needs done? They gave me a military discount

This crew was friendly and very reasonable. They were fast about getting the job done. They cleaned up the area after they were finished. Great crew.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR They just showed up without any notice to do the work. I was out of town, and they just started the work without talking to anyone. I just assume that a good contractor should actually talk to the customer to make sure we are on the same page before the work begins. Oh well, too late now the job is done in many ways that I had not agreed to. They cut trees I did not want cut and left trees that needed to be cut. I asked them to coppice some trees, and they cut them to the ground. They trampled over the graves of my dogs. The guy on-site in charge was basically clueless. Zane used to be great at customer service and very careful and meticulous in his work. This is the first time I hired him since he got --big-- and he does not appear to be handling the transition well. I called to complain and all he wanted to do was yell at me. It appears that now that he has crews and more expenses all he cares about is the money and not the quality of his work. The work was rushed and shoddy and did not align with what I had talked to him about when he gave me a proposal. Again run away from this contractor!

Great service

I'm so frustrated with the service i have not received from "OUT ON A LIMB'! i hired them to trim my tree in January. after several calls to find out when they would be here so i could be home during the trimming ' i got no answer/respond. one day i come home and they are just cleaning up. the tree didnt look much diffrent but i was assured when all the leaves came out i would be pleased. in may when the tree was in full bloom i noticed that the branches were hanging even lower then before the trim. i've called and left messages ( i spoke with an office assistant and she did her best ) but still no response from Cantler. now its JULY!! I'm SO ANNOYED THAT IM NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO AT LEAST RECEIVE A CALL BACK.

They did the job as they said they would. Got it scheduled and finished in a timely manor.

Did an excellent job clearing and trimming the trees around my house. Very pleased with the results.

They did a great job, their workmanship was excellent. The only problem I had with them is they over charged for the job. It ended up costing me $900 to remove one large tree.

Extremely knowledgeable. They did an excellent job at removing some trees and trimming back trees all around my property. Would definitely use them again!

Out On a Limb did a quality job. They were easy to talk to and answered any and all questions. Very nice experience and will hire them again.

They did a nice job.

I am completely satisfied with their work. We've used them 5 times now and the price is always right, the work well done and they clean up after. Absolutely no complaints.
