Paid Dan, the owner, $1000 in advance, because we lived out of state and in the process of moving, to remove a tree from our new house yard. He cashed the check, never heard from him again. I should have known when he espoused to be such a â  good Christian,â  that he was not to be trusted. Wonâ  t make that mistake again. DO NOT HIRE Out on a Lomb tree service out of Harrison AR! Dan is the owners nameâ ¦morbidly obese guyâ ¦canâ  t miss him!

This band of guys get the job done. Seriously, his calendar will definitely be full. Trees, gutters, seems there not much these guys do! In and out. I will use him again 100%

They responded to a call for them to clean out my gutters. I needed this done asap due to a blockage which was causing my front gutter to overflow. They were very professional and accommodating when hired to do the job. They were respectful at the time of the service. The job was completed in a timely manner.

They did what they said they would do for the quoted price. I have them on speed dial for the next problem.

Dan from Out on a Limb Tree service was very professional. He came out and gave an estimate and performed the job on the same day. Not only did Dan and his crew do a great job, but was extremely fair concerning their rates. Not only am I going to use them again, but would recommend them to anyone!

His first concern was safety. Checked the surrounding building to make sure the tree would fall without any problem. The next thing, Dan made sure we were well out of the way. After the tree was down, he made sure all the big limbs were cut and down. If I ever need any tree service again, Dan will be the first call.

They responded quickly to my original request. Dan was here within 4 hours of my original request and quickly sized up the job. He explained how he was planning to do the job to ensure there would be no more damage. He performed the tree removal efficiently and according to plan. He called me after going by the house and quoting the job. Said he could come out the next day. The price was reasonable for cutting down one tree and a large branch over the roof. He was late and only worked a few hours not getting the job completed. I paid him over 2/3rds the total cost. He said he would be back early to complete the job the next morning. No show called and texted several times. He finally text back at 4:30 pm saying his guys were on their way. After several days the first tree was down. There was damage to my gutter and roof. He never came back or responded to when he could finish the other tree. Several days later he text saying he was sick. Still would not tell me when he would come back and finish the job. I had to hire another person to finish it. His communication is poor.

Evidently he had truck problems. Two days after he promised today for sure today, he showed up and did the job.

Got a call from Out On A Limb telling me they could come by and quote me within an hour. They came by, quoted me, said they could do the job as early as the next day and quoted half what the other guys did! Will recommend, and will be actively looking for more work for them to do in the future!

Dans and honest guy that does great work! Dropped a big tree that was 4â from the house exactly where he told me he would place it ! These guys know their stuff and came thru at a fair price Will definitely use them again
