I got an immediate response from Rod Jessen for my electrical outlet issues and he had someone in the field. 2 hours later Andrew Amundsen arrived. He was terrific - very polite and VERY informative. Looked at my outlets and then told me there could be two possibilities: one fairly easy and one a little more complicated. YEAH ! It was the easy one. Got everything done within 30 minutes. We talked other work items I might pursue and he gave me bids and sent everything via text and email. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

All I needed was a new wax ring and shims to keep a toilet from rocking to the side. I ended up paying $630. Since I did not opt to select the more expensive quote (which would have increased the charge by $300), shims were not provided and the toilet still rocks to the side. Poor value for the money.

The estimate was not accurate. It was costly for the work done and not all work was estimated. The electrical work was cut short (the cable pull), forcing me to do wire management that I did not want to do.

They really did come "out today"! And they finished the work and didn't upsell, were honest, and did a great job so I could move on with my appliance installation.

Replaced several outlets that would no longer hold a plug securely and diagnosed and repaired a problem with a GFI circuit. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and performed the work in a timely fashion

They did not perform what I asked for and when I called them, they came out the same day and finished the work, Highly recommend!

They said they would charge $59 to come out, then quote the job. Never brought a replaced part, reinstalled one from another floor. I had to order a new part online and have to install it myself. Way too expensive over $400 instead of $200 realistically and they never replaced with a new part.

Very responsive to request but was taken back by final cost to install two light fixtures. Called to find out why and given an explanation of the environmental and cultural reasons impacting pricing that ultimately gets passed on to consumer. They are a large outfit and if you need work done quickly and professionally they get it done. You will just pay more.

Rodney and Andrew are wonderful to work with. Efficient, take pride in their work, reliable, trust worthy, and friendly. They came in toward the end of my project to save the day from a terrible experience with a prominent plumbing company.

For my small project I found it to be on the expensive side.

I described the project in details to the owner of the company , and it included both electricity and handyman work. He explained that there is a flat rate to come and see the project, $59 which will be waved if hired. On the day of, one of the employees arrived and very quickly I understood that the owner was not listening to me. For one fixture installation I got an estimation of $860 - where electricity is already in place. The handyman work that was discussed, is not provided by this company. This whole appointment was a waste of time and money on my side, but I ended up paying for someone to spend 5 minutes in our place and charge $59 for it. The way it went does not feel kosher.
