We hired Bill and Casey tobuild a three season room and redo our deck. They did an amazing job and totally exceeded our expectations. Bill took the time to understand what we wanted and our style, and made product and design recommendations throughout process to create a space that we will enjoy for years to come. Bill communicated with us throughout the entire process, including inspections, product deliveries, work schedules, and design options and alternatives. Everyone who sees the room and deck complement us on how nice it turned out. We will use Bill again for future and we definitely recommend him to any looking to build a three season room or deck.

Bill and his guys built us the deck we wanted. It actually is better than the deck we wanted because Bill made suggestions that really jazzed it up. Demo to completion took less than two weeks, and the team was friendly and polite. We would definitely recommend Bill & Outback Company.

Bill did a nice job on installing roofs over our two decks. He was able to match the roof good and the new deck railing system looks great. He also made sure that the the job was built strong to handle bad winters in PA. Thank You Bill

He gave us options in all different price points so we could decided what worked for us. The crew that worked on our deck were professional and hard working. The deck was done within days and Bill followed up to ensure our satisfaction. It was a great experience.

We hired this company to put a roof structure over an existing deck and I had a good feeling when we hired the company - they were consultative and the references were solid. The project started off good and the workmanship was beautiful but I feel like the company finished 95% of the job and that was good enough for them. It is a shame because, they have an opportunity to create a "wow" experience for a buyer and they are missing the boat. There were a couple of things that really frustrated me, including: 1) The builder left my deck a mess - mud clumps and dirt was everywhere. When I inquired whether it would be power washed the response was "no, we just sweep it", which I am convinced didn't happen. Rather than being able to use the space right away, I had to spend hours cleaning up the deck which was rather annoying. 2) Within a week of completing the project a deck light stopped working. I contacted the company and asked them to fix it since they had just rewired all the lighting. The owner responded that it would necessitate a special trip and he would have to charge me. Given the amount of money we paid, it just felt like "nickle and diming" to me. He was supposed to come out last week and still hasn't shown up or communicated when he will replace this light. I think there is nothing more frustrating than having a contractor not finish the final 5% of a project. It left me with a really negative experience and as a result, I wouldn't recommend this company for that very reason.
