Wound up hiring Sam to design and install landscaping around 3 sides of the house. Paid upfront for ground prep last fall. Stump grinder jammed with several stumps left to go. That was the last time we saw him. Ground prep / upfront payment was also to include tilling and laying the landscape plastic/cloth. So we got ripped off big time! We kind of let it go during the winter. Then we started trying to contact him again in late winter to early spring. After leaving several messages he finally answered his phone only to tell us he had been forced into bankruptcy and had to close his business! I know this review is useless since he is no longer in business. I guess I just wanted to vent. I would have given him zero stars had it been allowed.

Project only 1/3 completed. Sam said will not finish. I am forced to find another contractor.

I had to edit my review because of what happened after the job. A couple of weeks after the job was done, I noticed that some of the masonry was cracked. I let Sam know and he said he'd be over in a couple of days to fix it. A couple of weeks went by so I reminded him. He apologized for the delay and said he'd get right to it. This happened a couple more times. The last time I texted him about this, he stopped responding. It's been two months now, and it looks like I'll have to hire someone to correct his mistakes. This is especially disappointing because his initial contact and work were so positive and prompt.

Outdoor Creation did a great job. I had a Emerald Arborium Vite growing too close to the house, threatening the gutters and the foundation. Outdoor Creation was able to work with my schedule. They were neat, through and conscientious. I will hire them for future jobs and recommend Outdoor Creation to my good friends and neighbors.

They were quick to respond and schedule the work. They were diligent in completing the work. There was a very minor bit of cleanup that was neglected, otherwise I would have given 5 stars across the board.

They did a landscaping project for me and that turned out well so i used them for interior cabinet and painting work. This job was horrible. Got cabinets back unfinished and the flooring project was never completed. I kept getting no response on a regular basis so i ended the relationship with the contractor. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Outdoor Creations grinded 35 stumps and cut down 2 trees. They did a great job and communicated very effectively. I will use them again. Thank you!

Went out of the way to insure customer was happy and respected. Costs were very competitive and communications like I've never seen before. VERY HAPPY with results

Sam was very responsive and got the work done on time.

Arrived at appointed time. Called to confirm their arrival. Polite. They were knowledgeable of tree growth and proper pruning. Additionally, appropriately removed terrible tree stump. They stayed afterward to clean up their work leaving areas clean and neat. I look forward to a future hardscape project with flagstone.

Outdoor Creations urgently responded to my inquiry, communicates well and the team if friendly and professional. They were on time, completed the work needed to be done and left our property in good shape when they left. We would use them again and would recommend them for landscaping and grading work.

Always returns phone calls, gives me ideas when I don't know what to do, and always tries to please the customer.
