After the winter storm our yard was a mess. Robert was quick to action! He got rid of all of the debris that had blown in! Our bushes look the best they ever have! Our backyard is no longer a jungle!

Outdoor Solutions has done a lot of work for my family over the years. Quality is unmatched, and Robert is very knowledgeable. I have always been pleased with is work, from concrete patio install, turf and backyard landscaping, to installing and taking down our Christmas lights annually. If you have a job, he has a solution!

Robert Roberts continually asked for labor money to be advanced [with sad stories re: his numerous children that I was compassionate towards causing my leverage to be lost with advances ] prior to work performed . With promises that were unfulfilled having agreed to advances, my problems had only begun with this contractor. I have to have this deck demolished and redone. It is a disaster. I was repeatedly put off, as the job started in August 2021 and never was completed, but stopped in Jan. 2022 with a homeowner financial loss of $6,000 as the whole deck must be redone due to the foundation errors and all the gross imperfections. He and a part time unskilled laborer created the following problems: stairs left unattached, boards not evenly aligned, gaps are excessive, boards are curling and popping up and the railing was cut too short on two posts. Having attempted to discus, I was told that I had a nice deck to enjoy for many years ignoring the guarantee of satisfaction. If a contractor cannot do a job- they should be honest and not accept the job. He hired a competent wood worker late in the project and some of the problems were being remedied, but the very foundation was incorrectly done and I had to hire that contractor independently to finish the work, so as to avoid conflict with Robert and to have leverage that my deck would be paid attention to since I lost leverage in the advances to Robert. . The skilled worker then got Covid and his reconstruction of the deck never was completed when he got sick and stopped responding once he was well. Robert took on other jobs and stopped any attention to the unfulfilled contract glossing over the 15 weeks of anxiety he put me through ultimately to no satisfied end and a 6 grand hole in my pocket. Christian Eagle scout????? Does not compute.

I am very pleased with Outdoor Solutions. Someone drove their vehicle through our fence. Outdoor was on time for the estimate appointment. Robert was forthright and gave an immediate and reasonable estimate. Though it was mid afternoon when they began, they finished the job that same evening, working after dark by artificial light. The employee, Billy, worked extremely hard and fast and did quality work. including resetting the destroyed metal pole in fast drying concrete. I am pleased with my fence repair and delighted to have our privacy back. I highly recommend Outdoor Design Solutions.

They took out 40 yr old junipers and replaced them with rocks and walking stones. They will plants small low maintenance bushes in the spring. They also redid the plants in front and on each side of or walk into the house. It is beautiful. Then they trimmed all the trees and bushes from and back. All of the neighbors plan to use the this spring! He drew up several plans for us to choose from and priced them out. It was a great job!
