This company does not follow through once they have booked a job. The scheduler told me so. When they ran into trouble fixing my landscape lighting they miss appointments, rescheduled for several days in a row and still didn't get the lights on. They charged over $500. to repair one series of backyard landscape lighting. I would not recommend this company and I would not hire them again.

When we initially had our outdoor lights installed, the business was owned by someone else. Even though there was a change in ownership, the new owners have been just as fantastic. They’ve honored every warranty we were offered and anytime something comes up, they have been prompt and proactive at providing outstanding service. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable and professional.

I was looking to upgrade my antiquated landscape lighting system as well as get away from purchasing new Christmas lights and install & remove them each year. I came across Outdoor Lighting Perspective of Houston who had the perfect solution. Their salesperson Jim spent some time explaining the Gemstone solution and how the system worked. He had samples on hand to see how the lights looked and worked. The installing technician Jose was skillful and installed the lighting system and had it running in a day and a half. The gemstone lighting app is easy to install and with a bit of learning one gets the hang of it. The entire system was installed just in time for Christmas and I enjoyed changing the lighting sequence each day to the envy of my neighbors. Once Christmas is over will set it to Architectural lightening. Best of all OLP offers a one year warranty on the system. Thank you OLP. I am enjoying the Gemstone lighting.

Not the cheapest option but they were happy to come out multiple times as our plans evolved and were very patient with us. Install went smoothly and as planned. We never received the after installation check but I am sure if I called to request they would come.
