Rob and his team were fantastic through the whole process from prior to purchase, installation, to after installation follow up. Rob demonstrated the system so we could really see what it would look like on our house and how the controls worked. During the installation they were extremely careful with our property and took extraordinary care in getting everything installed perfectly. Our house has a lot of angles to fit the track and a couple of gable brackets which required a special track, and the time they spent getting that all to look right was amazing and cleaned up everything before they left. Finally, Rob followed up several time just to make sure everything was working correctly and to answer any questions. The system is really fun, and now we can change the look for every holiday, but also the ability to have architectural lighting during non-holiday times is amazing.
