Craig Morse is a fraud contractor and has been reported to Dover Police and Vermont DA Office and has been arrested. STAY AWAY from this contractor or company.

I have been dealing with this company for an entire year, we had one failed co-tract which I finally got my refund for, and another incomplete deck/porch. Morse took a check from me for materials in October and has never been back. I had to file a claim through Angis Home Advisor. Fair Claims. We went through arbitration and I won. He has failed to honor this legal decision and pay me. Now I have to go to court. Do. Not hire. I have had to jump through hoops to try to get my money back, and still have not received it. Morse also refuses all communication such as phone calls and emails. I repeat, if you do not want this headache, DO NOT HIRE. I already reviewed this company last year, am returning to let everyone know even after going through the proper channels and winning arbitration, he still refused to pay.

Craig was very professional when he came to do my estimate. I paid the down payment and he has not done the work yet. I hired him last summer and he has kept stringing me along. He finally agreed to give me my deposit back but he keeps stringing along. I hear from him every couple of months. I have since hired someone else and the work was done in a timely manner. I would stay away from this company. l AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY!!

I work from home so they often checked in with me to make sure everything was to my liking. It was refreshing to be able to hire a competent and reliable contractor..they are hard to find in VT. We hired Craig Morse to remodel our kitchen and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The craftsmanship is horrible (Omg) and the communication is even worse. He agreed to come back after he said the job was completed to fix the cracks in the walls and ceilings, to fix the flooring that he installed incorrectly, to reframe the custom window that is a total mess, in addition to several other issues that he ACKNOWLEDGED and promised to fix for us, at no extra charge. We recently found out that he has blocked us on social media, changed his cell phone number, and dissolved his old construction LLC, CMM Construction. He needs to be held accountable for his terrible job And also for agreeing to come back and fix all of his mistakes instead of just being able to dissolve his LLC change his contact information and start over. Brattleboro Vermont is better than that!

Good fair price, they came when they said and cleaned up after they were done. I hired them and paid them and nothing else. It s very hard to get reliable people in Vermont. I was pleasantly surprised. Great job .

This was the job every contractor fears. Around every corner was a new unseen problem. An uphill battle from start to finish. Craig & his team were very adaptive and quick to react to each and every curveball. We had a strict deadline to have the job completed by, and they hit it. Despite my many many questions and emails, they remained calm, confident, and professional at all times. We plan on calling them back for further work in the spring.... if they dare. Very satisfied with how it all came together in the end. Thanks guys!

Office staff gave superior service, very responsive, excellent with follow up communications. Roofer who did the slate repairs was very competent and highly personable. Wonderful experience for this homeowner!
