The brick walk itself was done well but it was the aftermath that was horrible. They pretty much destroyed part of my yard. This is when we were told that we would not even know they had been there. They said they would replant plants that they had to dig up for the projects. They were just thrown in piles in the beds. The worst part is the gravel all over them that they just covered with dirt. When I replanted the plants, I had to dig through 3-4 inches of gravel everywhere. The reseeding of the yard was a joke. It was tamped down from them walking on it and I have not seen one blade of new grass so I do not know what they planted. I requested a refund and they gave me a partial refund of what I requested. I accepted it just to end it and I was not going to write a review but the more I am out there raking up gravel and reseeding the yard, the more irritated I got.

Chris and Layton were great with getting us a quote and subsequent install. Our yard has never looked better! Best of all, it’s completely maintenance-free!

They did a great job. They even added something extra, a little bunker. Communication was timely, and the job was completed on schedule.

Chris and team was hired to install synthetic grass in our backyard. He took the time to explain the process and materials used. Price was reasonable too. Very personable and easy to work with. They are on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely before leaving. Will not hesitate to recommend his services.

Overall great experience with Outdoor Modern Concepts. Chris really took his time to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Explained everything throughout the process to help us understand everything. The final product was better than we could of ever hoped for. We now have an amazing outside area for our staff and clients to enjoy. Best part about it all is no more lawn maintenance or dead areas in our outdoor space. Would definitely recommend Chris and his team for anyone looking to upgrade their company or personal outdoor living spaces.

Chris and his team are first class! He installed a putting green, chipping area, sand trap as well as surrounding landscaping. They are personable, reasonably priced, on time, and very communicative of everything that was going on in our backyard. I highly recommend Chris Pitt!!

BUYER BEWARE - Chris was a very personable and easy to communicate with. His professionalism as far as contact and communication was great, but his ability to be straightforward as far as his knowledge and experience not great at all. We hired Chris to install synthetic turf in our yard which had many challenges as far as hills and retaining walls. Instead of being honest as far as experience in handling a job of this magnitude, he told us that he had lots of experience and sold us on that he could definitely do the job. Two weeks in and many cigarettes/breaks later, he admitted that his knowledge was coming from Youtube. We were so far in the project and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, we did not have him finish some last little adjustments. We had to hire a new company with lots of experience on golf greens and such to come in and completely redo the entire project. We discovered drainage was not properly put in place, low cost gravel was put in to maintain dirt from washing away underneath, wrong supplies and tracking put in place that led to rusting and erosion in only a matter of two weeks. The engineering of the retaining wall completely wrong and to find fast food garbage imbedded in the retaining wall. As nice as Chris and his one person team was easy to deal with, they should really stick to simple landscaping projects, but unfortunately his dishonesty will ultimately get the better of this company.

Chris and team did an excellent job on my patio and seating wall project. He made some great recommendations that made the final product even better. I would definitely recommend them to any and all that ask about my project.
