We needed an automatic gate opener installed on our driveway gate. I saw Josh's ad on Craig's List and his Facebook page and was impressed with the information he provided about his business and the photos of projects he had completed so I called him. He said he had never installed an auto gate opener before but he would come take a look. I liked Josh right away as he was polite and friendly, prompt to his appointment and honest about his experience and knowledge. I felt confident that he would be able to install this DIY Mighty Mule gate opener with no problems and I was right. He took the installation manual with him that day and when he showed up on the appointed day at the appointed time for the install, he was well prepared. The installation manual estimated the opener could be installed in 4 to 5 hours and he had it installed, thoroughly tested and completed to our great satisfaction in 4 hours. Josh is a pleasure to know and to work with and we will definitely call him for future handyman services.
