Hello, I had a very poor experience with Outdoor Xscapes and wish I would have gone with another landscaping design company. The sales process was very positive and smooth. Garrett, our designer, was very responsive and attentive when he was trying to earn our business, which was a decent amount of money. Once we signed on the dotted line, it was impossible to get a hold of him and the job took months longer than was promised or quoted. We could not have had a more difficult experience. He lied to us, as confirmed by his boss on a three way call, never responded to e-mails, and was waiting at our house unannounced asking for a check (that was not due) saying that they company needed it to make payroll that week. The owner could have cared less and was only concerned about getting paid, and not getting the job done. Getting them to follow through with the warranty was even more difficult. Proposed to call back, but never did. I would highly encourage you not to use this company - it's no wonder they have such poor ratings.

They do not keep their scheduled appointments. The only thing they have done so far is to change the start dates. If they do not keep the latest start date, July 5, 2016, I will cancel the contract.

The team was very professional, on time and easy to work with. They had some really great ideas and completed the project within 3 days in the promised time. Very clean and tidy hard workers. I would be happy to refer them

The personnel were pleasant and easy to work with. We had somewhat rough ideas regarding what we wanted and they were able to put it all together in something that made sense and made us happy. We had them do lots of pavers, lawn, rock, trees and other plantings in both front and back for our new home. We are extremely happy and were blown away by the speed of the work -- there were about 10 workers on site and the work was completed in less than 2 days, so we didn't have dirt, rocks, etc., sitting around for days on end. I would definitely recommend them.

I would NOT recommend this company to family, friends or neighbors.

The crew did more than cap the no longer needed sprinklers. Now none of the sprinklers work. They also covered over 2 meters. I sent an email to the company but have not received a response.

Everyone completed their work with professionalism and attention to detail. I was amazed that they were able to complete the job in one day. I would certainly recommend their services to others.

Outdoor X Scapes, Inc. provided an excellant finished flagstone walkway as well as customer service during the entire project. So much work was accomplished each day they were on site. I have already given two neighbors information regarding Outdoor X Scapes, Inc and other people that have just stopped to say how impressive it is and have also asked for the company that handled the install and who my contacts were. I have other projects in the works and will give Outdoor X Scapes, Inc a call when ready.
