My husband & I had an incredible experience working with Outdoorscapes Design! From the start, they were open to our ideas and communicated clearly about what to expect throughout the entire process and where to expect delays. We were particular about avoiding concrete pavers and wanted a more high-end look, and they went above and beyond to help us find the perfect shade of limestone and waterline tile for our pool. What impressed us most was how they managed to stay within our budget while still incorporating all the must-haves in this initial phase of our yard. We’re thrilled with the results and are already looking forward to working with them again to build our outdoor BBQ!

We recently hired Outdoorscapes Design Group for a complete backyard transformation, and we?re beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. The project included a custom pool design, turf installation, and a small putting green, and the results honestly exceeded our expectations. From day one, our project manager Odin was incredible to work with. He was timely, responsive, efficient, and made it a point to check in with us throughout the entire process?from initial design all the way through final installation. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure we were 100% happy really stood out. The entire crew was just as great?professional, courteous, and punctual. They were also very flexible and accommodating when we wanted to make a few changes and additions during the build. It?s rare to find a team that not only delivers great craftsmanship but also makes the process feel smooth and stress-free!

Johnny was great to work with. He listened to what I was looking for, came up with a design, confirmed that the design met my needs, and then scheduled the installers. It as a smooth process and I truly appreciate the attention to detail. The installers did exactly what was asked of them and were very nice. I ended up with an outdoor space that I enjoy!

After our first meeting, he presented me with an incredible plan for my backyard which took it from an embarrassment to a showplace. Odin was very respectful of my budget and worked with me to keep the project cost manageable without interfering with the aesthetics of the plan. He is very detail orientated and made sure all the iâ s were dotted and tâ s crossed so that the final project met my expectations. Johnny and his team just finished my front yard project and I am in love with my upgraded yard! From the initial visit/design we were kept in the loop, all of our questions were answered & the payment schedule was perfect and clear! Our project began earlier than expected which was a huge plus for us and the team was so professional and respectful of our property and our neighbors. They were catching small imperfections on their breaks and fixing them where I have seen other companies slack and purposely overlook such details!! My yard was done so quickly and I am thrilled with how seamless the process went from design to execution. I definitely recommend Outdoorscapes Designs if youâ re really wanting your space to be upgraded.

From start to finish they were great! Amazing price, attention to detail! We told Brandon what we wanted and he nailed the design! They all made sure we were happy with everything!

Very happy with all the work

We had Johnny Cabrales come out and originally give us a quote to install a pool as well as redo our backyard landscaping. From the start he was professional and detail oriented. He was the only one that evaluated our current conditions and talked us through options for what he could do and what that would look like. We ended up not doing the pool and just did the landscaping redo. His team was great and we love our new backyard!

Johnny and his team created our dream outdoor kitchen. Their knowledge, professional and workmanship was outstanding! I highly recommend them!

The project manager, Johnny, had great ideas when we were discussing the project, provided a reasonable quote in a timely manner, scheduled start of the project right away, and was very tolerant of small changes as the project unfolded. The crew did a great job and kept the work area tidy. The brickwork looks really beautiful. All the odd cuts are spot on and the grade is perfect. Really great work.

Johnny created a beautiful design, and truly listened to what we were wanting. And then delivered we went from ground break to swimming in 3 1/2 months. We couldnâ t be happier with the crew or how we were treated. Thank you guys so much!!

Pete, the design director designed a beautiful backyard based on a couple ideas we had but also put his own touch as a designer and we could not be happier. Their pricing was very competitive as well. Great company!

I would highly recommend Pete and his company to anyone. The design consultation was great. Pete was very attentive to our needs and our budget, never pushed any upgrades or anything like that. Pete helped guide us to design a yard we would love and fit our budget. The project was completed in a timely and effective manner and we are absolutely in love with the results.

We were excited to hire Pete and his company. The professionalism in showing up, making the sale, job scheduling, workmanship of the workers, was a very pleasurable experience. Payment was divided into 3 equal payments, the last to be made upon completion. Here is the bad part... when Pete requested the final payment, the job was not complete due to one missing plant..... I made the payment... I still have NO plant. We have a couple other issues in the watering system, one plant that has died, and now we don't get texts or emails returned. This turned from a 5 star experience to a one star. Petes workers were fabulous. Petes design is amazing. My home hasn't looked this good in years. I just want the job completed and the small issues taken care of... I guess its good luck to me at this point... DONT MAKE FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL JOB IS 100% DONE, NOT 95%, OR I GUESS THATS WHAT YOU GET. This review would be quite different if the follow up and actual completion was accomplished. It has been almost a month, Pete did communicate that he was looking for the Yellow Bell plant in the beginning but now after a text and 2 emails, no reply. This is a professional company. They do professional work. They charge professional prices. We just want the job completed. August 24 was the last time we had any communication, its now September 13...

The entire team was involved. The owner, project manager and crew were all onsite and very professional. Pete followed up on all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The clean up was also excellent. My backyard looks wonderful. I am very pleased with the results and feel that that it was money well spent. They do amazing work and I highly recommend them!

What started off very positively ultimately ended up a zero. He wasted my time, strung me along by the nose with promises he never delivered and I wasted about 3 weeks with him. Had he contacted me and said no thanks it would have been fine but dont string me along for weeks with promises that never happen.

The entire team was involved. We saw the owner, our project manager and had a dedicated team for the entire job - we were their only customer for the duration.

The job started and completed on time. They cleaned up after themselves every night and after the job was completed. My yard is beautiful now! They do great work!

Brick work looks wonderful. Project was done on time. The team was very professional. Would recommend them for brick and grass projects.

Great design work for plants and lighting. Excellent workmanship and work ethic. I have recommended Outdoorscapes to three others already.

We kept getting put off when we paid cash in full for additional work. Work still not done and was paid in full on 2/8/3020.
