My deck looks worse now than it did prior to the job. Very messy work. Burned grass in my backyard from the chemicals, stain marks all over my cement walkway, stain marks on my pool and trim around pool, missing pieces from my soft tub, owner had some young person do the job because he had a bigger job for himself. I was very disappointed in the work that was performed. This was a job I was very excited about having done and saved for months to pay for. The job was only supposed to take a week and it was dragged out to over 2 weeks. Would definitely NOT recommend this service.

We spoke to you and your husband numerous times, stayed in touch and did the best we could to make everything right. The owner Chris, made MULTIPLE trips to your property to fix things that were already stained when we started the project, just as an act of kindness. We never lost your hot tub pieces but because you were so unhappy with the deck, we replaced the pieces for you to be nice. There was no job chris was working on more important than yours. When you have workers, you can disperse them to another job."

Since it wasn't a major repair, He was willing to do the work the same day he came to check out the job. We are thinking of hiring him to power wash the house in the spring.

We started the process of having work done that was put off because of the weather. After two months of being put off, I decided I wanted a refund for the deposit I paid. The owner agreed to send 500$ deposit back but I have never received it. I have contacted him several times, hes told me the check is in the mail but I have yet to get my money back. Now the contractor is not responding to me.

"We are sorry you feel this way. There however was a lot more details to this matter. The job was postponed due to our rainy summer. The last I heard from you was that your job was booked for next May. Supplies were bought for your job with the deposit you supplied and you were not calling the business and being ignored as I informed you. You were calling a personal cell. We give 100% to all our customers and are very sorry you felt this dissatisfied. We are still working to resolve this matter."

They did a fantastic job at my house in Rush, NY. We had a lot of grit from a recent roof replacement, and they got them a lot cleaner than what I could have done on my ladder. I am a more difficult customer too because I have been burned bad by contractors before. These guys will not burn you, you can trust them to make your gutters "Clean as a Whistle". Thank you Chris and Beth for helping me out and giving me more trust in contractors.

The company was wonderful. The owner was able to take a very dirty patio and make it look new. I was a bit nervous to spend $250 to get a patio cleaned but it was worth it. The owner even put all of my furniture back!

Roof - Clean
Chris was one of the most conscientious contractors I have hired. He spent whatever time it took to do the best he could do....he did not worry about the time, but rather getting the end product as good as he could. My roof was a bit of a challenge given its steepness, size, etc. Chris is new to the roof cleaning market and did not have of the right equipment. BUT what he lacked in equipment, he made up for with effort and his work ethic. Over time, as Chris acquires the specialized roof a cleaning tools, his end product will only continue to improve.

Great quality work. They did a good job cleaning up. Everything looks really good. I'll have them back for more work. My only comment was that communication about times when they would be there or not was a little lacking. I would have liked to received a voice-mail saying that they were coming on a certain day or that they weren't coming as planned. It didn't cause any issues, but I would have liked more updates.

Chris is one of the most conscientious and accommodating contractors I have ever dealt with. The work he did on my deck was above and beyond my hopes. He spent a lot of time going over multiple options for future work and helped me to understand the pieces that I could do myself. His wife was very helpful and friendly when I had to reschedule. I recommend him highly.
