I do repair work, maintenance work, interior and exterior. There is no odd job that I can't get done. Specifically, I do light plumbing, leaky toilet, toilet replacement, installation of plumbing fixtures, light electric jobs, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and some appliance repair. I can also do furniture removal, drywall repair and installation, door repair, installation and painting. And a variety of other jobs as well.

I paid the $650 quoted for the repair to my subfloor and installation of new flooring in my kitchen and laundry room. The check was cashed and the work started. Almost half the flooring was installed over 2 months ago and that was it! I have not heard from Eric even though I have texted him more than once asking when will the flooring be finished! Its like he has just disappeared! Im very disappointed! My flooring is uneven and a trip hazard which is not safe for my disabled husband! I need the installation to be completed or a refund of at least $325 so I can afford to hire someone else to complete the work! I will never again pay in advance for work to be done but Eric asked to be paid in advance and since he had done work for us before, I went ahead and paid upfront. Very disappointed! I would really like to know what is going on with this company!

Great guy, but he did not know what he was doing. He was overpriced. I had to bring an electrician to show him how to do the work, and then he ended up doing the work for him!

"Ms Solis. Clearly we have different memories of this job. First off, the work was done for you 1/3/19. 2 years have passed without a word or complaint since the work was done. If there was something wrong with the equipment, during the 1st 6 months, I would have gladly fixed the broken and defective part. Don't think it's fair or cool to complain about a job that's a few years old... Shows bad character."

Eric replaced the wood trim on the outside of our house with Hardie Board While I suspected the job would be challenging we didn't know just how challenging it would be until he started pulling trim boards off, the workmanship underneath left much to be desired. He got the new trim on straight and level and was able to create an arch over our master bathroom window out of a straight board! They showed up on time and didn't stop until it was time to go home. We purchased supplies in advance and he did a good job on estimating how much product we would need. He cared deeply about doing a good job and made sure we were happy before leaving. We are pleased with the job and will have him back again.

Eric was on time and communicated consistently. He showed up prepared to do the job and I didn't have to explain or get additional supplies. He was professional and let me know how long the job would take to complete. I would recommend Eric for any type of job you may have. I will use him in the future for other jobs I am not able to do.

"I did complete the job you hired me for. The furniture you had delivered was damaged... Not my fault. I assembled it, and would've came back to assemble the new set... I did return your call, and you didn't get back to me. I book my projects in the order I get them, and can't let any one customer keep me in limbo while they decide what they want to do. I have a lot of customers that depend on me, and never have problems with my work, customer service, or pricing... My work speaks for itself... Hence my good reviews... They are GREAT REVIEWS!!! Eric is great to work with, he installed the replacement dish washer, garbage disposal, and 5 faucets in my house. I provided the new dishwasher, disposal and faucets, he comes prepared to install, and he puts down all the protective flooring to make sure his not making a mess. Eric was very prompt and a really nice guy. The work was finished quickly. One of the jobs was putting together a bench. There was a bolt missing and instead of stopping he ran to the store to buy the bolt. We will be hiring him for more work in the future.
