My guy Derrick did a great job installing my system and provided great customer service

Derrick quickly sized up my garage door problem, ordered the part and returned to promptly repair my door to its full operation.

Fantastic service that went above and beyond to address concerns about the replacement door and the process.

Derrick was amazing! He was prompt friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend him.

We had a really positive experience! Derrick was very reliable and good at communicating when he would arrive to fix our garage. He gave us a free quote and a fair rate. We are satisfied with Derrick’s service and would recommend.

Derrick did a fantastic job!!

Overall it was a good experience. There was a mix up in communication with the technicians and it wasn't communicated to me until I reached out due to them not being on time. But once settled a new time was established and the job got done.

Derek found the problem and fixed it. I will use them again.

Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Good job diagnosing the problem and discussing solution options.

The young man was prompt, found the problem and fixed it with in a 15 minute span. I will definitely use this company again.

It was awesome that they were able to fix my problem today...he had the part on his truck, and it was packaged as a brand new part. He quoted me a reasonable price to fix it and did so quickly and efficiently. My husband had speculated that we might need a new opener, but the technician said it was fine, just needed a new, less expensive gear. He also checked everything else out at no additional charge. I highly recommend them!

I called and they were there in 30 minutes! Prompt super service!

Derrick was a pleasure to deal with and diagnosed the problem. All systems working well. seems to have been a problem with the sensors.

Derrick was pleasant and professional. He arrived within his quoted window of time and called when he was on his way. There were no surprises with the price which I had with another garage repair company. His price quote on the phone was exactly what he charged. I would definitely work with him again.

Derrick the owner called me immediately after request on Angie's list. He came out and fixed my sensors on the garage door opener. I couldn't get the garage door to stay closed it would open and close repeatedly. All good 👍👌😊.

Super professional, fast and did great work.

Prompt, friendly and efficient

They were very responsive, fast and affordable. I would recommend to anyone who need garage door repair or install.

Derek was wonderful. He came the same day -even though I called late afternoon to see what the issue was. I needed a new LeftMaster. Came back next day and replaced it. Was polite, efficient and did a wonderful job. Would recommend this company and Derek to everyone

My garage door didn't open one evening and he came out the next day to fix the broken spring. Was very quick and professional. I would recommend him for all garage door needs.

Derek was terrific! He responded quickly to my call, he asked a few good questions to determine what was needed for the repair, he asked how quickly I needed assistance (rather than simply telling me what he could/couldn't do, he asked what I needed), and we scheduled the repair for the next morning. He did get a scheduling conflict and later called to apologize, but we both worked out another convenient time. He texted me in advance to let me know he was on his way and did the repair in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, his communication was good, his work solved the problem, and his rate was very reasonable. I will gladly refer him to friends/neighbors and use him again if needed.

Quick response, friendly, and good work.

Derrick arrived 3 hours after my initial call, fixed the problem, showed me how to fix it myself, and installed an additional security lock to ease my fears. He was wonderful to work with and very responsive and prompt.
