I highly recommend Over All Home Cleaning Services. The team was very efficient and professional. They did an awesome job cleaning my condo. Everything sparkles and smells clean. And they helped me out in an emergency, they came on the weekend just before a holiday party and did a deep cleaning.

To perform a deep cleaning, where the client identified specific areas within 24 hours prior to cleaning, to pass on to the company, they should've been prepared with the professional cleaners to complete the job. In addition to saying that they had a 3 person team, it should have been adults, not including a teenager, doing the job. The team leader was very professional customer service wise, but that didn't translate to the rest of the team. I was told that I would be able to walk through the home after the job, regardless of me becoming ill, and I should have been able to do that before payment, but was unable to.

"Due to the client's discretion, the company used a lot of good expensive products. The client agreed on everything. Our company does not promise a new home but we do a very very good job of cleaning. We did everything that she asked us to do and more. And she went through a walked with the cleaning people through the brooms in the whole entire place. The client said everything looks great. Here is another good example of somebody who wanted something for free."

I was charged $880 for a Deep cleaning that I had to redo myself. I would not recommend this company ever. Totally disappointed with my experience. The walls were not all cleaned I had to bring them back. They charged $85/ hour to wash walls with Mr Clean! My Carpet was an additional $290 WHAT??? Was not clean! The only thing that was clean was my windows and window tracks. Absolutely horrible for the money I paid. NOT a professional company at all.

"The customer wanted us to deep clean her home She said we had all day to clean we walked into the home and prior to asking or over the phone she told me she had one dog she had 2 dogs with bunch of hair everywhere she caught us out at 4 hours needed more time to clean for D plane specially when there's hair everywhere behind the bed everywhere she expected us to be done within 4 hours which I told her she cut us out at 4 Rescript her walls did everything that she asked us to do and more we even gave her 2 days of more cleaning for free for the price that she paid Note that when you have a home That need a deep cleaning must give the company p"

Jose and his team came in and did an overall deep clean (including carpets, walls, etc.) to prepare my house to be able to be listed for sale. I found Jose and his team to be accommodating, professional and hard working...they did a a great job and the house looked amazing when they left. I appreciated that fact that they were able to do a professional carpet cleaning on top of the other cleaning to provide a one-stop shop for my situation.

This company and its employees are absolutely exceptional you would never go wrong hiring these people to help you. They took care of my 82 year old uncle like no one else in the family did. I'm sure the good Lord will reward them one da. Really excellent wish they were closer in my local area as I had to hire them long-distance. if they were here locally I would have them come for me regularly every week to clean. They are absolutely fantastic. Can't say enough glorious things about them. They really did above and beyond. Thank you to them.
