Okay, I have to first say that HomeAdvisor is a great company as far as customer service.... they have been fabulous! Now, as far as my water issue, they called Terrance and he immediately called me and set up an appointment today to come out and take a look at the problem and get it resolved. So.... sometimes things don't go perfectly but making it right.... makes it right. I will keep posting reviews as we move along that will, hopefully, make everyone happy. So far, Terrence has been really great and easy to deal with and Im hoping this is just one of those problems that wasnt foreseen but will be fixed. So.... keep our fingers crossed. But, Im leaving a good review again and hoping it works out fine.
