I needed a complete roof removal and new installation. Mr. Johnathan Salazar from Over the Top Roofing was highly recommended by a relative who knows that not only am I ultra particular about quality work, but I also value the integrity of the company performing the work. Following his survey, Johnathan educated me on various shingle products and the type he installs. He issued an itemized cost analysis of my project and provided resources to obtain take home shingle samples for a true view decision. He also recommended preventive care measures to divert water away from the flat chimney area, in order to avoid rust and maintain longevity. Other providers surveyed the job, but he was the only one that requested to check the attic for mold in order to avoid below the surface surprises and after removal of the old shingles. Quality work performance was once common practice, yet unfortunately in these days, it has become rare. It was refreshing to work with a roof builder who takes pride in the quality of his craft. He and his crew did an excellent job, I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Initially Johnathan assured me I would be very happy with his final product and he was very right. The roofer did more to make me happy, they kept there word and did the job right . I will be call this roofer when there is problems in the future.
