We called them Saturday afternoon and they were able to come out early the next day. Jeff was very professional and was up front about the issue and associated cost. Of the 4 quotes we received, they were the best. They replaced our unit within 4 or 5 hours and it is working great. I would give 5 stars but they were late for the install appointment. I was told they would show up around 8:30 but they ended up not arriving until about 10:15 but they worked quickly and cleaned up prior to leaving. I would definitely recommend.

Jeff was very knowledgeable, was able to diagnose my problem immediately. Fixed my issue and had my system working in 15-20 minutes. $231.57 , I was told there would be an $79.00 service charge so the $10.00 per min charge was to fix the issue. I guess you get what you pay for because he definitely was good.
