This man is awesome. Everybody that works for him has been a blessing to us. I have recommended him to everyone I talk to. His customer service is high quality. We lost our home to a fire 2 1/2 years ago. We had built that home and considered not building another one, but once we met Mr. Overholt, he made it an absolute pleasure to build another home. He took care of everything. There was never a problem. More than a year after the fact, I asked him about making a change and who I should contact and he just came and took care of it for me at no additional cost. He made it all so painless for us. I can not recommend him high enough. Anyone that can get him to build a house for them will be so happy they did.
