Garage Door Opener Installation and Replacement
Excellent job. Arrived on time, completely satisfied with the installs, installer knew what he was doing. I had installed some insulation panels on the inside of the door which really added weight to the door. He asked if those wete to stay since if I removed them it would affect the way the door opener would operate if they were removed. I had never thought about that. Removed panels before installing the openers and glad i did. proably will save trouble down the road. I highly recommend this company. Responded to my request to fix broken garage door spring the same day. Jamie was exceptionally courteous, efficient and professional. He answered all my questions and had the spring replaced and tested the garage door in a 30 minute period. Highly recommended. I will definitely call these folks the next time.

I was in a pinch to get my garage door adjusted. Josh from Overhead was able to fit me in the day I called. He arrived on time and had my door working better then when new. The service call price was very reasonable $68.00 for same day service. He did not try to upcharge for any products I did not need.

Very professional and knew immediately what the problem was. I was given information about the sensors on the garage door and given options of what I wanted to do. Did the little extras like adding screws for more stability and lubricating so an old garage door opened and closed like new.

Josh, installed a new spring , then adjusted the change and settings. Gave me a class on remotes, batteries and the frequency of bulbs that do not interfere with remotes. Great job, great service and very polite.

I am not surprised by much these days, but my interaction with this company and the connection with Home Advisor could not be more surprising! The search was amazingly accurate, the contact was immediate. I talked with James and he was so polite and precise in his information. He scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon and assured me I would get a phone call from them so I would not be waiting around for the service. The company called and let me know the serviceman was on his way, he arrived promptly, assessed the issue and took care of it within a short period of time. He was so nice and professional. I will definitely recommend this company. IT was a dream.
