Garage Door Installation and Replacement
I had considered purchasing a door at a local home improvement store and changing it myself. But, after talking to Overhead Door and getting a quote from them, I decided it was foolish for me to tackle it myself! I have a better quality door than I would have bought and it was installed and the old door taken away. Everyone involved were very professional and I would highly recommend them for your next door purchase!

Had a bit of a wait for the door we choose because of color requirement. Installation went fast once the door was delivered. Had a couple of small issues that were quickly taken care of. AJ was the company rep and he responded quickly. We think they did a great job and would definitely recommend the company

All I got was rollers and tension springs, and it was considered a total rebuild.

"Ron - We're sorry you had a disappointing experience. We have searched our customer list and we don't have your name, address or phone number in our files. The term "total rebuild" is not something that we use. However, it is used by a local competitor, Precision Overhead Door. Unfortunately, it sounds like you were "Precisioned". We receive at least one call a week from a consumer with a similar story. For comparison sake, A double spring change from us is $269.00, which includes parts, labor and tax. Rollers are $10.00 each plus tax. We hope we get the opportunity to serve you in the future. 1-800-Overhead."

I had a single bay overhead garage door installed. Only complaint is the installer used some wood trim I had inside the garage to finish his install. The trim was from inside the house and I had planed on refinishing it and reinstalling it but that isn't happening now. I actually couldn't believe he did that without calling or asking to use the wood. I did not complain to the company but looking back I should have at least said something. The door itself works fine and looks good.

Before having them come out, I talked to a Customer Service person. She asked specifically what I needed to have done, and who the manufacturer of the door was. I was told this information would assure the job would be done the first visit. However, when the service tech arrived, he did not have any of the parts needed. A second trip was required to finish the job, which was done expertly and to my satisfaction. Great service tech, but disappointing they did not have the parts when they specifically asked to "make sure" they would have them on the first trip.

The company sent someone out within 2 days to quote out installing springs and a garage door opener. The estimate was the exact price I paid and within 3 more days the job was complete. The guys were professional and efficient. My favorite thing about this company was their responsiveness, communication and fact that my final bill was exactly what they quoted me. Since I have purchase a new home recently I have been dealing with a lot of different companies and I can say for certain they stuck to their word and it was refreshing!
