It was a great experience. We had two damaged stain glass windows to be repaired. We inquired about making the single pane panels more energy efficient and they were able to triple pane all twelve panels. The quality was excellent. They were friendly, timely and very professional. My Tiffany Lamp was estimated at 1 to 2 weeks for repair, and 2 days after I dropped it off, the job was complete! The workmanship is so good, that I can't tell where the repair of broken glass and lead was located on the lamp shade. They are awesome!!

Needed to repair four of twelve panels in one of two large textured waterglass upstairs windows. SGO responded within the same afternoon of my request and was VERY attentive to my issues. As a single pane, wind would have broken panels again and SGO was very open to either a straight repair OR conversion to a triple pane casing on both. Not only was the next morning's quote was very reasonable, they were able to start the project immediately to accommodate completion before my travel schedule a few weeks later. Bree, John, Ramon and all of the staff I interacted with were courteous, professional, and exceeded my expectations at every step of the way to a great solution.
