Overlook Services LLC is a top notch company! They built a beautiful deck which we are extremely happy with and amazed with the quality. They also poured a new driveway for us, everything was done to code. The owner made sure quality and code were priority. I can’t say enough about this company and its owner!

Do not use this Individual. He doesn?t have a company, he subs all his work and doesn?t hold his subcontractors accountable. When you voice your concerns with him nothing changes. He will just quit/abandon you in the middle of your signed contract because he can?t handle/manage the pressures of being held accountable.

"Thank you for the feedback. We?re sorry your experience was unpleasant. As it is standard in the construction industry as a General Contractor we do use sub contractors for certain areas of work, and do hold them accountable, details are not discussed with customers. In this case the contract clearly states that either party is capable of terminating it and it was in our best interest to part ways. Good luck with your future endeavors."

Jim and his crew did an excellent job removing and replacing a poorly done patio. Jim showed real empathy for my situation and was fair with his pricing, he didn’t overcharge me. The new patio looks fantastic and was done correctly. I appreciated that Jim took the time to show me each step of the process to make sure I understood the work being done.

Jim was very professional, personable, and an extremely hard worker. Our backyard was complete in two days and it looks amazing! Multiple French drains and grading. We are so happy with his work we hired him in the spot for another project! Definitely the right person for the job!
