Overstate Roofing Services Inc.

The project will start in a few days. The project manager, Campbell Schulz, who came to assess the roofing issues was polite, professional and straight forward with his opinions as to if the repair was doable. i went with Overstate to get the job done as another project is pending due to my roofing issues. Honest, Professional and Timely. That's why I chose Overstate.

I was happy to work with Avi and Overstate construction . It?s happy to know a contractor that knows what he is talking about . I did choose working with Avi out of 3 quotes , price was good and I?m happy with How the kitchen is looking now . I will definitely hire them to do my roof once it?s due .

I had an amazing experience with Overstate . We had a very bad termite situation in our bathroom so we had to open all 4 walls . Yani and his crew did a great treatment , redid some framing repairs , installed new drywall and redid my entire 30 year old bathroom . price was excellent , Tammy the secretary was communicating amazing as well.

I wanted to commend Campbell and his crew at Overstate for both the interior and exterior work they did on my parents house. From start to completion Campbell worked with me to ensure that the job was done correctly and in a timely manner with proper materials and procedures. I will be working with him and his crew on all future projects and recommend him without reservation for any home improvement needs.

I needed a new wall installed to create a more more private dining area in my store. Angi gave me a few options and Overstate stood out. They were knowledgable and thorough in their inspection and gave me a great estimate. Their team was professional and worked with my crazy schedule to get the job done. my customer love the new space and it elevate my business significanly. they were a great hire!

I had a serious water damage in my living room due to a leak from a roof leak . Overstate fixed it . Great company to work with . I?m happy with the results .

Absolute nightmare with Overstate Roofing Services Inc. We explicitly agreed they would clean up the site, but instead, they left a complete disaster. ?Terrible Workmanship: The wall AC unit was fitted so poorly that large gaps show straight through to the outdoors, leaving the room entirely exposed. ?Property Damage & Mess: Debris and drywall chunks were left scattered all over our carpet. Outside, construction trash and fragments were tossed directly onto our lawn. ?Sloppy Detailing: The baseboard heating covers were left detached, crooked, and misaligned. Nearby wall outlets were ruined?sloppily smeared over with wet paint and caulking. The owner admitted it "looks like a disaster" after seeing the photos. He promised to send the crew back to fix it, but they clearly cut corners by hiring cheap, unqualified labor to pocket the profit. A total rip-off. Highly unprofessional and untrustworthy. Stay far away!

Yani did an amazing job installing the drywall. He was professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail. The work was done really well, everything was clean and neat, and you could tell he is very professional. I?m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Yani to anyone looking for quality work!

Did an excellent job

My garage needed a rehaul. i wanted drywall installed on all the walls and ceiling. It was a project my wife was excited to have done. I hired this team becasue I was really impressed with their process knowledge and professionalism. they stood out from all the estimates we received. Hired them, they did a great job, my garage looks exceptional and my wife is very pleased!

They did great! Replaced sheetrock and drywall in the laundry room and repainted. Great communication and coordination with Tammy in the office.

Had a bathroom leak that really messed up myu ceiling below it. Needed the drywall replced, taped and painted for a seamless look again. I found Overstate on Angi and they came out to consult quickly. by the next week my repairs were completed and my ceiling looks brand new. I have a few more project i will even need done and I'll be sur eto reach out to them again.

I had a great experience with Avi , he explained the process strait forward without trying to push me like the other folks on Angi . He started the job literally 4 days after I signed and I?m very happy with the end result . The price was fair , I usually take 2 quotes to compare . I?m happy with my new bathroom .

I really enjoyed working with Avi on several Drywall and insulation projects . Overall it was a great experience . I decided choosing overstate out of 4 quotes .

I had an amazing experience with Overstate , we worked on a big drywall project after I had to remove my old popcorn ceilling . We ended up redoing a lot of drywall and insulation . I?m very happy with the end result and the price was very reasonable out of 3 quotes

I had multiple leaks in different areas and me and the wife have decided to go ahead and get couple of quotes on Angi . Campbell was Amazing , he answered all of our questions and had a lot of patience . Out of 3 bids I decided hiring Overstate and they did a fatalistic job replacing my 20 year old roof . Campbell did such a good impression on the house next by which I think he will be doing their roof as well .

After using 2 different companies to fix my roof with failed attempts , I decided going with a reputable company on Angi like Overstate . Yani found the leak very easily by simply checking the attic space ( which no one did before ) a day later , a crew came and fix my roof for a reasonable price. I'm already going to work with Yani on replacing my flat roof EPDM roof in my shop. Thank you Tammy and Yani .

Great company, had a nice experience with their team. The restore my faith in contractors after multiple failed attempts to get this job done.

Horrific experience I will never use a Pro suggestion on Angie ever again. This company did not fulfill my project according to the estimate they gave me, over charged me and demanded payment for two attempted failed roof repairs. Adios

I hired Overstate installed some drywall for me to create a partition I needed for my business to elevate the space. The work was was done skillfully and showed great quality. My business now has an extra lounging space that my customers love!

I had an amazing experience with Campbell . We had a serious water damage condition in our master bathroom . We decided to redo the entire bathroom with a new walk-in shower , new drywall and new paint. He always informed me if there was any delays , I also got a good price after comparing with 3 companies . I will definitely work with them In the future a

I hired Overstate after a nasty basement flooding that required a;l my drywalls to be replace. they were fast, responsive and did great work. Iam very pleased with my experience throughout this frightening experience. Thanks, Linda

5 Stars ! I hired Overstate multiple times . Yani was so polite and professional , I needed to replace my plaster ceilling in 4 different rooms . It started in a small project and slowly I decided working with Yani on a new bathroom remodel , framing and other drywall services .
