Hired to clear trees from acreage with the understanding that the cost would not exceed $8K and the ground would be smooth like a lawn. The cost exceeded $10K, and I am still left with stumps, holes, ruts, and horribly uneven ground that cannot be cut with a mower. Horrible experience. Choose another company!

They arrived at a very reasonable time on the weekend to do the work. The original estimate was about a half a days work. They finished in just under two hours. They did a great job and would definitely recommend them for any demolition work you need.

Iâ ve been wanting to write a review right after they did a demolition w/my old house but I didnâ t have internet. My wife and I were surprised of how quick they did all the work. It went really fast and they did a great job. After the demolition they cleaned up our area really good. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Oviedoâ s Demolition.

Operator of machinery was very polite, did quality work with equipment. I only ranked 3.5 on value due to hourly pricing of operator and machine is high for residential work. Owner did however reduce invoice some with compensation of paying most of invoice with cash.

Having lost everything we owned in the house fire,they were so compassionate and considerate. They went above and beyond, saving our lanscape rocks and clearing an area that was too overgrown for us to tackle. Great guys that know their jobs and equipment operator that was proficient in his job. In and out in two days. Great, great job done. I highly recommend!!
