Bathtub Liner or Shower Surround Installation and Replacement
The job is still not done yet. It has been delayed mutliple times. Never do they communicate in a timely fashion. We have to call just to see what's going on. The most recent episode was to call the morning they were supposed to show up to do the job to inform us that two of the wall panels were not in, and that they couldn't come in the next 15 minutes they were supposed to! A call to the manager of this division to give them further chances to explain the multiple erros that have occured with us has gone unaswered for two days. Very, very poor service.

They had to come back a couple of times to make repairs on the shower curtine rod and to reseal the tub. I also had to bring in another contractor to complete the trim work where it joined up against the tub and shower. (fine print so be careful!) The work and quality is good. For the money I would have thought the men would have left with everything complete!
