I hired them to install Tile walls Tile Floor, for a Curbless Shower in a Bathroom Remodeling Project. We had a couple minor issues with material delivery, however that was the vendors fault not Owens Flooring. I spoke with Andy the owner and he was very apologetic for the delay even though it was not his fault. He gave the owner a substantial discount on their final bill for any inconvenience it may have caused them. I would definitely recommend them for your Tile project. In fact, I have another bathroom project coming up and they have the job.

Worst.Experience.Ever! Not only was the work done poorly, but we experienced a plethora of issues and abysmal customer service. We purchased two floors worth of carpet for our new home and had it installed before we moved in. Therefore, we had MINIMAL items at our house, which were taken by the crew. They drank our sodas, went through our babys toys, opened a package, and took my husbands belt along with our lawn chairs that were inside of the house. The AC unit was turned down to 55 degrees on a 100 degree day. The carpet was lumpy when installed and **waved** when vacuumed, there are gaps on the stairs, was not tacked down in places, the transition to different flooring was shoddy, and there are huge slash marks on the baseboards where they cut the carpet. We had to withhold payment, FIGHT, and bug them to come fix it. We were told that those workers were contracted and did not necessarily work for Owens, but you still need to be responsible for the people who are working under your company. Lesson learned, always babysit people who work on your house, even if there is not anything there.

Response from Company:

We strive to please all of our clients and when we fall short of this we try to do everything we can to resolve the issue. We did our very best to address your grievances and make things right. We have taken measures within our company to ensure that an incident like this does not repeat itself. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

They get material ordered in time and they do what they say they are going to do.
