Serviced furnace during polar vortex 2019 for my tenant while working remotely. A

He exceeded his estimated price of $1180 by $600 with no explanation for why he increased the price. He did not finish sealing the heating system, and wasn't paying close enough attention to what he was doing. I did not receive an itemized bill with the address where the service was rendered for my maintenance records and taxes. I got no response from emails and phone calls. He was an hour late. He was not registered to do business in the city where I live.

Prices are reasonable for Sunday emergency service

I got a call immediately after putting in for a quote. I spoke to a rep and they had me on the books for the following day. They were very prompt and seemed to be thorough.

I needed furnace repair on Saturday. They came out within an hour & fixed the problem

I had them in to check on an issue with a loud furnace. The part was going to need to be ordered and was $1100. It was suggested I install a whole new furnace and was "guaranteed" it would be installed Friday afternoon. My appointment was for 1pm. At 2:20, I got a call stating they were running late and I would have to wait out the weekend with no heat. I was guaranteed they would be there "promptly at 8" and finished by noon. I called Monday at 8:45 when they still weren't there and was told they were about 10 minutes away. The job didn't get completed until after 3:30. I noticed the furnace was continually running and the laundry room where the furnace is was very hot. That is when I noticed they had used insulation to bridge the furnace and the duct work but had not taped it properly. One piece had come off and there is a 2 foot hole that all my heat is coming out of. So I have to fix that myself. Stay away. Broken promises and shoddy workmanship.

Very punctual, knowledgeable , and friendly. Explained every aspect of what they were doing during repair and even made a few suggestions to replace my old furnace. Will definitely be my go to Pros for future Furnace/Ac needs.

The technicians were very nice and genuine. They were quite later than what they said but they also fit me in on the same day and also let me know multiple times they didn't forget about me and were on their way. They let me know what was wrong and was knowledgeable when providing the diagnostic.

The knowledge of the technicians was outstanding, and genuine, I never felt at any time as if I was being feed a line, if they had any doubt at all in what I was asking, they would research it and get back to me on the issue, they always handled themselves with the utmost respect and professionalism.

after their vist they left my furnace half put back together. said they couldn't find a part needed and offered to sell me a $3,000 furnace. Will not send them any customers !

They were wonderful and helpful

They come out get you to fix your problem, then a month later it breaks, and they wont call you back to come out and fix it. Terrible customer service, they said they would be out and ended up no call, no show. Its 80 degrees in my house and I have 3 dogs, and I could not get anyone to answer my call or call me back for 3 days straight then I just decided to move on and find a better company. Its a shame that we paid for them to fix it and they couldn't even come look at it to see why their work failed.

Owner was great and worked with me on my schedual and what I wanted to do.

Although it took two visits for our problem to be solved, the owner/service technician didn't quit until he had completely resolved our issues - a MOUSE that had eaten through wires on our air conditioner! Didn't know that a 3-inch rodent could be So destructive! {At least he forfeited his life.) Guess we need to get a cat!!!
