I was quickly contacted by Tom the Territory Manager and an appointment was scheduled based upon what was convenient for me. Tom arrived as scheduled and listened to my concerns and expectations. Tom tested my water, confirming my suspicions and proceeded to demonstrate the capabilities of the various product offerings, making my decision to commit an easy one. I now have an install date which I am very much looking forward to.

Our water is much much cleaner and it's a good investment in the house. But, it is pricey.

Rated 4 only due to last minute changes I requested did not occur. To make these changes now would take a bit more work.

They did a great job. We had a tannin issue and within a 1/2 hour of the system being installed the tannin color was gone. Have had the softener and RO for about a week and wish we had done it sooner. Kurt did a great job with the install. Tom was a great salesperson. We would highly recommend Owens.

Excellent response time, prompt for appointment, very nice and knowledgeable. System I chose was a premium one and it was priced as such, but I feel as though I have solved all the water issues and gotten a very good guarantee. Pleased with the choice.

The installer arrived on the agreed upon day, and ON TIME!!!! Believe me, this is a rarity in our area (we live in Manistee County where few have any work ethic at all!). He kept to the task, gave thorough explanations, and cleaned up afterwards. We are forever grateful! Our water is clear, no more yellowing or brown color, tastes great, and we don't have to buy purified water anymore. Thank you.

This has been updated, please read the ENTIRE review. While initially unsatisfied, I have been very happy with the followup! Original text: It was supposed to be $65 to diagnose the issue (surging water pressure) then $75 per hour to fix/repair. He spent over an hour draining and filling my pressurized water storage tank then said it needed replacement. Cost $150 for alleged identifying the issue - but NO fix. I contacted a well digging company, they came out and said tank was fine and just needed to adjusted tank and pump switch to work correctly together. Cost $50 and 1/2 hr. So Owens charged for a diagnostic - which they got wrong, as well as fix/repair - which they never did! They also tried to sell a well head cleaning for $150 and a new, smaller, well water tank for $1000. End of original text and start of addendum. After the manager read my original text, he called me and sincerely apologized for what had happened durning the service call and asked what he could do to make it right. As I had already had another firm, a water well group, out to rebalance my water tank and limit switch pressures, I asked if I could get a refund. He agreed to that and sent out a check within about a week. While I may have just gotten a poor service person, or a someone who was having a bad day, Owen's customer service is VERY good. I would recommend you try them as they do care how well they serve you.

Tested our water, reviewed our system. Made some recommendations on service and upgrades. Very professional and no hard sell. Look forward to using them in future.
