Erik was great, very professional, prompt, responded very quick to my inquiry. His pricing was solid, plenty of experience. He gave me a reminder text to let me know he was 30 minutes from job site. He had the right gear, quickly handled the task. I gave 4 out of 5 stars for work quality, for I wish he cleaned up more of the work area, instead of leaving much of the hornets nest in the tree. Overall, I would definitely recommend him.

Erik was very honest with me. He had some doubts as to whether or not he would be useful to me, as a licensed small rodent service. We opened some panels under my trailer home, and instead of finding mouse poop, there were larger sign (stools) more likely of a skunk or other rodent of similar size, and recommended I hire a licensed small animal. He also took the time to explain and had passive chemicals at the entry point, with the hope that it would deter small animals as well as mice their counterparts. I rated Erik as a 3 1/2 because he did something that might work, but with no guarantee. If I get a known infestation of mice, I would definitely hire Erik for the job.

Their warranties are the best! Many times, Erik comes out without even charging me because I am covered under his warranty. He is very considerate of his customer and what their needs will be. My business is with children and he is very knowledgeable and considerate of making everything safe for them. He comes right out whenever we need him. I completely trust him, even being alone in my house and locking the door behind him. I would highly recommend him and give him 5 stars all the way!
